WELCOME UPDATED: July 30, 2007
Thank you for taking your valuable time to visit my website. I assume you’re wondering if I am serious about running for the Governor of Missouri. That depends on you and whether you’re tired of having your taxes embezzled and your intelligence insulted on a daily basis by our present politicians and bureaucrats through media deception. If you have an intelligent mind and are aware of the hypocrisy of current and past events, it is evident ALL of our current Missouri and federal politicians should be removed and prosecuted for their crimes.
Attorney General Jay Nixon, as well as Steelman and Hulshof are all criminals of the same feather, regardless of party affiliation. The corporate corruption in our daily lives wouldn't exist without the complicity of these people. Want more of the same until the middle class is destroyed and those left with any money are corportate puppets like these present politicians? Then go ahead and vote for one of them. Just don't complain when you have to deal with the increasing corruption in our medical, communications, insurance and "legal" systems. Quit complaining about high gasoline prices. It's a violation of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act made to look legal by corrupt legislation, and state Attorney General Jay Nixon and local Federal Attorney General Catherine Hanaway both know it. They'll just claim they don't make the laws, just enforce the ones in existance, which is also a lie. I've taken Missouri to court to protect our rights, and Jay Nixon sent his staff to protect the criminals. They won, without so much as an explanation as to why. The explanation was the crooked judges, that's all we have left in Missouri.
This website isn’t to dazzle you with fancy pictures and extraordinary links. My intent for this website is to relate the true reality of our present situation and give you a clear and concise picture of:
1) Who I am and why I am running for Governor of Missouri
2) What I believe the problems are that we face and the causes of those problems
3) Why I feel this country must return to decent human values and the changes in legislation required to guide us in that direction
4) How I plan to improve economic conditions, the infrastructure, environment, health care reform, job security and immigration policy for Missourians as a model for other states
5) What I hope to do regarding those in present leadership that have committed heinous crimes against the citizens of Missouri during the past decade
I speak with fellow Missourians everyday regarding issues, and believe most Missourians feel as I do. Our laws are no longer being created to serve our social system, domestic tranquility and Nation as a whole. Rather, regulations are being created to conflict and create turmoil from which money is increasing funneled to the corporate elite. Our politicians are quick to allow corporations to remove your healthcare and pensions, but have failed for decades to implement a patient’s bill of rights and protect social security. Several politicians dictate the evils of socialized medicine, but are quick to federally insure “reverse mortgages” so your mother and father can give their house back to the wealthy to pay for their medical bills. Politicians also fail to require the factory a mile away to put filters on their stacks and provide safe water and air standards, all the while the doctors getting rich knowing full well that’s the major factor why your parents are sick in the first place. I don’t believe in handouts, but I don’t believe corporate extortion and murder should be spun as though it’s policy either.
The corruption average Americans have witnessed in this country in the last decade is "industrial collusion", illegal under the Racketeer Influenced Corruption Organizations Act (RICO). The United States Executive Branch, Congress, Supreme Court and state governments such as Missouri's are not only turning a blind eye to these crimes, they are complict in every respect. Such is the saying: "Crime is not organized in the US; it's institutionalized". As an individual citizen, you are "free" to speak out about this corruption - and our government, corporations, and law (un)enforcement agencies will quickly make it abundantly clear that they are "free" to ruin your career, invade your privacy, assualt, extort, and even murder you if necessary. Our President and Congress have even put the laws and obstruction in place to make it "appear" legal, through legislation such as the Patriot Act. You can't expect a true change in the course of this country if you keep electing attorneys, doctors, and corporate executives loyal to their industries and not to America's future.
Laws have quietly been changed in bankruptcy, Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, Workman’s Compensation, workers rights, insurance and malpractice law over the last seven years. False reasons have been given for these changes and programs. OSHA and the EPA have become all but a joke; and it would be funny if they weren't in charge of you health and safety. Our jobs have been outsourced oversees and our immigration laws ignored to create an excess of labor to drive wages lower and college tuitions higher. Laws have been changed to benefit corporations, not to protect your individual rights and freedoms. Civil rights and social justice administered in our courts is as low as many of us have ever seen it. Anti-competition, anti-trust and price-fixing law enforcement is non-existent. Most city and urban local law enforcement in this country have become nothing more than the "strong-arm enforcement sector" for the criminal rich; only giving the general public the "illusion" of law, order and protection.
You may not agree with all the views or solutions you read within these pages, but whether you support me or not - you will get a view of the facts and a perspective that will allow you to ask the questions and demand the answers from our politicians that the censured media cannot, and will not, ask. I welcome all comments, criticism, suggestions, views and questions. I do not believe in fascist loyalty over laws. I hope you find my views and plans enlightening. Thank you again for your valuable time and consideration.
