On July 16, 2007, I spoke with Missouri Senator Christopher Bond’s office, and Eastern District of Missouri Attorney General Catherine Hanaway’s office regarding a federal criminal tort (SF-95) I had filed in early 2005. The criminal tort was regarding an illegal human toxic experiment I witnessed and was a victim of between early 1996 and March, 2003.  The human experiment was financed by the Defense Department and run in conjunction with my employer, Associated Equipment Corporation, and BJC Hospitals/St. Louis Washington University Medical School.  As a Quality Assurance engineer and manager, I realized what I had witnessed was a controlled genetic toxic experiment. The toxic experiment was testing the new hydrocarbon EPA mandated fuel blends (used as varnish solvents) on different races for seven years, and studying the toxic genetic effects.  As a result, at least one worker died of AML leukemia, others lost organs, and several miscarriages and one forced abortion for severe genetic defects occurred.

OSHA, the St. Louis City and County Police, and the FBI claimed it wasn’t a crime to intentionally run toxic tests and gas 40 employees with known chronic toxic levels of nerve gas and carcinogens for over seven years, and/or they simply claimed not to have jurisdiction. The media (Lisa Zigman, Steve Chamraz, and Elliot Davis) refused to disclose the intentional chronic toxicity added to the fuels to increase illness and medical and pharmaceutical profits, and decrease social security and corporate pension liability.  No one denied it, just refused to do anything about it because it’s a White House and Defense Department run program – and these people kill.

I met with Attorney General Criminal Chief James Crowe a few years ago, who simply stated: ”If the Defense Department is doing it, it must be legal”. The criminal tort I filed in early 2005 with the Department of Justice through Attorney General Alberto Gonzales politely requested reparations for myself and the other employees, and to please quit intentionally using bio-weapons on the citizens of the United States for corporate profit. I know it sounds too immoral to be true, but that’s why they get away with it. The average American citizen doesn’t have a clue just how immoral and criminal our government is.

The Department of Justice distributed the tort to all the federal agencies involved and more (three pages of distribution), but have obstructed justice since by refusing to investigate or discuss it. In early 2007, I learned about Title 50 USC, Chapter 32, Section 1520 (01/96 – 01/04) allowing the Secretary of Defense to conduct genetic bio-weapons testing on any and all citizens of the United States without your consent, signature, or knowledge. I explain the false programs sold to the public for a monitoring system (Gateway Clean Air Program) and data collection (HIPPA), as well as how you have paid the cost of poisoning yourselves in the “US Bio-Weapons Program” section of my website.

Attorney Criminal Chief Crowe was half correct.  The United States government passed legislation to allow them to poison you, but the legislation violates all state assault and murder laws, and every national and international treaty related to bio-weapons.  Although the law was succeeded by section 1520a in January of 2004, the poisoning and research has still continued.  I personally think that meeting in March of 2004 Mr. Gonzales referred to last week wasn’t about continuing data-mining, it was about continuing the US bio-weapons research on American citizens and robbing your money through the healthcare system.  A rare “closed-door” session of the Senate regarding the Chemical Weapons Conference was held in 1997 – the very treaty this conduct violates, and a year after this illegal legislation was passed. We’ll never know, because the US government is never going to admit to this.

Anyway, on July 16, 2007, just three hours after talking with Terry Gardy from Attorney General Catherine Hanaway’s office, and Lane from Senator Bond’s office; a large, new black pick-up truck traveling 70 miles an hour in the fast lane of a boulevard slowed and deliberately squeezed in behind my rental vehicle and the vehicle three car lengths behind me.  He ran the truck up to within inches of my bumper and revved the engine. I thought he was going to force me off the road.  He then jumped back into the fast lane and took off.  There was no question it was intentional, and a warning. I was driving a rental because my car was “totaled” two weeks earlier when a young girl accelerated right into the side of my vehicle while passing by her vehicle at a stop sign. I wrote it off to an inexperienced driver. I don’t know if the government was involved in the accident, but they were involved through Allstate and the local Medstop where I got my back checked out at. No question about it. My intestines and colon are still enflamed from the x-rays.  A week prior to that, I came within a few inches of being side-swiped on my right side (slow lane) by an orange Dodge Magnum on the highway doing well over a hundred miles an hour. I wrote that off to a crazy driver.  Now I’m not so sure about any of them, except July 16^th – that was undisputedly intentional. 

I called back both Bond’s and Hanaway’s offices and reported it the next day.  I also called the St. Louis County Police, who sent three officers over to take a report on the incident, but then didn’t file a report. The incident had to be recorded on the intersection camera a block away, but the officers claimed the intersection cameras weren't recorded.  Remember that the next time the show you footage from a kidnapping or robbery.  No big surprise there. Terry Gardy of Attorney General Catherine Hanaway’s office admits this is a matter of National Security (corruption), but refuses to allow me to speak with Ms. Hanaway (I’m sure by direction) or anyone in the DOJ regarding the tort or the four years of privacy invasion, assaults, malpractice and defamation on behalf of the United States government - unless I’m accompanied by an attorney. I have been malpracticed by no less than six attorneys surrounding this event and subsequent torts. 

Please help me understand this because I’m somewhat confused.  I catch the government running an illegal human toxic experiment to test new fuel bio-weapon blends to chronically poison the public and increase corporate profits. I witness first degree murder and several cases of serious assault, including myself; and the person that ran the factory tort, co-owner William Cottle, even admitted it without fear of prosecution. He became co-owner and started running the tort in early 1996, after a career of “special assignments” and “consulting”; poisoning people and communities all over the United States in toxic torts experiments. He’s one of those CIA covert industrial “clinical trial specialists” – a tort king and assassin. He inferred his intent was to kill me for a previous federal whistle blowing incident in1985. I try to report it, but everyone knows and no one will take a report. The US Government invades and destroys my life to silence me, while I find it a moral imperative to protect the safety and lives of millions of Americans. They took my home, my children, and over half my money (tried to take all of it) during additional torts to silence me or get me to blow my brains out – not happening.  It's terrorism, plain and simple. 

My US residential mail, PO Box and email are all monitored and obstructed.  My phone is tapped and my computer is on a remote client server by one or more of the dozen federal “security” agencies. When you watch your “inbox” refresh itself and have specific messages disappear right before your eyes, it’s not hard to determine what’s up.  I disabled a GPS transponder twice in my car in 2004 that wasn’t supposed to be there. The list goes on. I am sick and tired of it. The United States Department of Justice now wants me to hire a private lawyer to protect the citizens of the United States of America from illegal bio-weapons testing and usage on them by our government; while the taxpayers (and victims) pay the cost to defend the criminals in our government and corporations that perpetrated a “Crime against Humanity”, Constitutional Treason, and every act of the Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organization Act (RICO); the sole responsibility of the Department of Justice. I have the evidence, which the FBI and DOJ refuse to look at.  I have to wait while the Defense Department or whoever gets to make a fourth direct attempt on my life and make it look like an accident, and I’m not counting the pick-up truck – that was a warning.

I would appreciate those viewing this website to call the Attorney General’s office at 314-539-2200 and ask Catherine Hanaway why I need to hire a private attorney to discuss a criminal public tort and first degree murder which they are required to discuss by law, and why she is having Terry Gardy obstruct justice while the Defense Department makes more attempts on my life.  I wish to civilly sit down and ask the DOJ why the government finds it necessary to stalk, harass and kill me –and why they allowed this legislation to try and legitimize industrial collusion to kill Americans for corporate profit.  Obviously they don't want to answer. The terrorists and murderers in this country are the politicians and federal bureaucrats, not the Arabs.

Maybe I can watch Attorney General Alberto Gonzales, Hanaway’s boss, on television tomorrow explaining how there’s no illegal wire-tapping and everything is according to law - while he protects “tort kings” and corporations intentionally poisoning the public - and the government arranges more “accidents” for me. If you’re scared to directly call these criminals in the DOJ, please call the local news media in St. Louis at (314-444-6333 – CBS), (314-421-5055 – NBC), (314-436-3030 – ABC), (314-647-2222 – FOX).  I appreciate your time and attention in this matter of National Security.   Our Police and FBI won’t protect us for fear of losing their careers. I want to force Attorney General Hanaway to discuss this and stop the government assaults. I request your help.  All it takes is a phone call.
