I take full responsibility for the contents of this website and state AT&T / Yahoo has no responsibility for the statements, views or opinions made within.  I make this statement because AT&T / Yahoo obstructed me from getting this website for over three weeks by claiming they couldn’t change my billing number that they had wrong in some obscure file in their system. Mind you they never failed to send me a bill since I moved down the street two years ago.  It took dozens of phone calls over three weeks, transferring to thirty representatives worldwide to resolve a one minute fix of changing a phone number in a file.  That’s according to them.  Maybe that’s why AT&T shows the globe and sings “All around the world”; because you have to talk to people all around the world twice to get a website if the government has you on a whistleblower list.

It was painstakingly and obviously apparent AT&T / Yahoo (on behalf of the US government) does not want me posting the truth or my experiences on a national or worldwide basis.  As such, they will use any reason to immediately remove this website.  Because of that, when referring to criminal actions and government corruption, I usually refer to specific job positions rather than names in this website for that reason – so that Yahoo has no grounds to remove it.  If you want specific names, email me at Justice@Mark-Serati-for-Governor.org.   I hope that AT&T / Yahoo has the civility to contact me regarding any content they deem inappropriate before removing the entire website.

The Government may force removal of this website on grounds of National Security. The truth is that they may remove it to continue hiding the government and corporate corruption and collusion contained within these pages. It is a matter of your future security, and they’re the culprits. While many of the claims of criminal action, torts and government corruption made in this website may seem surreal to you unless you’re a PhD, they are all based on actual life experiences, conversations with dozens of doctors, attorneys, judges and media; testimony, personal lawsuits filed, facts and credible information.  Believe me when I tell you I know what I’m talking about, especially bioweapons testing. Why? First, I was not only there, I was a victim.  Secondly, for four years the government has refused to let me present criminal evidence in the proper law enforcement forums or even discuss it.

I warn you in advance that some of the content of this website may be psychologically disturbing to you. The truth behind subjects such as next-generation bio-weapons, industrial collusion, uncontrolled capitalism and population control usually are.  The problem is that what you don’t know about our present government's illegal actions may just extort your savings and kill you.  Such subjects must be understood and addressed if Missourians, Americans, and humanity are to move forward on a moral basis.  If you think this may bother you, stop reading now. Hop in your SUV and take your child or grandchild to their next sporting event and just let this country trend toward its own self-destruction through government deception, public misperception and corporate corruption.  I can’t do that; that’s why I’m willing to get involved.

I’m running for Missouri Governor to protect our citizens from capitalism run amuck.  If this website is allowed to stay and becomes popular, I assure you my character will be attacked just as the Dixie Chicks, Professors Jones and Fetzer, Harry Belafonte, Rosie O’Donnell, and thousands of others who have spoken out against the hypocrisy of the Iraq war, 9-11 Commission and other corruption of our present politicians and corporations. The government has generated more defamation paperwork on me in the last three years and manipulated my life more than you could possibly imagine.  None of it is true in its full context and circumstances, but truth seems to have lost credibility in our present American culture and media.

Law firms are encouraged to inquire, but I've contacted many of the most prestigious law firms in Missouri over the last four years.  Regardless of evidence and witnesses, no law firm will expose corruption generating the US legal system its wealth.  Additionally, no attorney will be allowed to expose first degree murder committed in an illegal "Crime against Humanity" program in progress by the United States government.  They won't even be allowed to expose it, much less win a lawsuit.  The economic unfeasibility of the suit itself prevents its filing.  If any law firm has the integrity, I remain willing to fulfill my civic duty to the fullest extent; regardless of the consequences.  I always have, in both the military and as a private citizen.  Again I welcome any attorney inquiries, but due to the circumstances and previous personal experience - I'm not expecting any.

It’s like the T-shirts state: “You have the right to remain silent.  Anything you say may be misquoted, modified and taken out of context by the Bush Administration and used against you in a court of law”.  The saying is humorous, but the truth behind the suppression of free speech isn’t. I have friends that go back over forty years here in St. Louis; they’ll be more than happy to tell you what kind of person I have always been.  Contents of this website consist of facts, opinions, and views. I don’t expect anyone to agree with them all, and some may disagree with all.  I respect all opinions and encourage you to email me with both constructive criticism and different viewpoints.
