The United States of America is a capitalistic society.  What is capitalism?  Capitalism is based on exploitation of its own people and colonization of other lands.  This isn’t a new definition.  You learned it in fourth or fifth grade in social studies.  In American history during grade school, you learned about the “Robber Barons” of industry, and the power and influence of organized crime in the 1920s and 1930s of America.  Things haven’t changed in America, with the exception that the industrial “Robber Barons” and organized crime are one in the same; and now “own” and “control” the US and state governments.  Realize that market forces control our economy, but our laws and enforcement (or non-enforcement) direct those market forces, prices of necessities, and discretionary income (money left to spend after necessities).  That “discretionary” income of the people is also used for political influence.

I was once watching the show “Donnybrook, Your Turn”, when Martin Dugan and Bill McClellan were taking calls.  A caller suggested legislation changes were needed to help the economy and save jobs.  Bill and Martin claimed our government had nothing to do with the economy.  Such untrue words were never spoken.  Though I rarely agreed with Martin (but respected his opinion) and usually agreed with Bill; I haven’t watched the show since.  For example: If Honda came out with a low emissions midsize car, and the government subsidized and locked the price at $500 over invoice, waived sales tax and let you deduct the entire purchase of that particular vehicle off your taxes over two years – what do you think one third of America would be driving four years from now?  It’s a no-brainer.

The same applies with foreign trade and job outsourcing.  Typically in the past, import and value added taxes preserved jobs in this country.  It financially encouraged both “prime the pump” and “trickle down” economic structures to reinvest in the good old’ USA and create jobs.  Once the price and efficiency of the communications and transportation industries made it economically beneficial to export manufacturing and engineering jobs overseas; “Free trade” agreements and removing value added taxes ensured high wage jobs in production, services and engineering would decrease.  Our politicians even granted “favored nation status” to communist countries like China and Vietnam to further exploit their labor. 

Charles Knight, former CEO of Emerson Electric once said during the Reagan Administration: “We are exporting lower wage jobs so Americans can keep the higher paying jobs”.  His goal was to outsource all Emerson Electric manufacturing oversees, and I believe Emerson Electric has since done that.  Pharmaceutical companies now have their research done in India; and we import doctors, college professors and scientists from all over the world.  If you walk into the AT&T building in St. Louis, Missouri, you would think you were in the middle of New Delhi, India.  While Embryonic Stem Cell Research (ESCR) was being deemed illegal in the US and Bush publicly professed to be against it, US tax money was already being funneled through grants by the US NIH and US medical universities to places like South Korea where research was (and probably still is) being conducted with US oversight.  Right Chuck, we’re keeping the good jobs here. Uh-huh.  Exporting jobs isn’t a solution, it’s a trend tiered up through society to destroy the middle class and secure the corporate and capitalistic power structure here.

The problem arises that we, as a Nation, will compete in a global economy.  Technology will force it; no intelligent person disagrees.  No country has all the natural resources and technology within its borders to survive, and countries will compete globally for those necessary resources.  Those countries that will sustain the best standard of living as a Nation are those that will work efficiently together “as” a nation, through all levels and tiers of their society.  If you are not educated in macroeconomics, understand that capitalism not efficient to the National interest. Capitalism in its purest form is not only the most immoral form of economics; it is the lowest form on the economic scale.  Capitalism evolves into socialism, by either the process of true democracy or armed revolt by its people.

Again, capitalism is based on exploitation.  What is the definition of exploitation? Let’s look at the American Heritage dictionary:

1.     The act of employing to the greatest possible advantage: exploitation of copper deposits.

2.    Utilization of another person or group for selfish purposes: exploitation of unwary consumers.

3.   An advertising or a publicity program.

So who do you think are the exploited, and who is doing the exploiting?  How is it done? What the dictionary clearly states without spelling it out for you is that you are being lied to by the American government, the American media, and the insurance, legal, medical and other controlling corporate industries. These entities control the laws (no matter how contradictory and applied unequally), and the law enforcement and security enforcement to enforce those laws. 

What if all local electric and natural gas companies raised your cost for a kilowatt hour or BTU by 500% next month, and the US government did nothing about it?  You have two choices.  Put your tail between your legs and live in the dark and cold; or take to the streets and demand an answer.  In those streets you would find our law enforcement agencies (paid with your tax money), armed to the teeth to protect these corporate criminals; while you’re not allowed to bring a gun “by law”.  They actually did drastically did raise the price of those resources during peak seasons a few years ago by creating an artificial demand and an artificial shortage through suppliers.  The corporations got their money; the politicians and bureaucrats got their bribes; your pocketbook took the hit and nobody went to jail. The Bush Administration has proved it time and time again: “Crime Pays” when you don’t enforce the laws to protect our Constitutional rights and economy.

The wealth of an economy (the Gross Domestic Product, GDP) is produced by working people through labor and technology.  Labor doesn’t just include “hands on” working people, it includes all direct and indirect labor, management, and engineering responsible for producing those products and services.  What the GDP doesn’t include is indirect expenses not related to the production of those products and services; like insurance, medical, finance, and legal expenses.  

Banking and legal industries don’t produce America’s wealth; they just transfer it, and usually most of it to themselves by unnecessary paperwork and needless regulations.  Delivering complete and immediate access to healthcare prevents illness, and prevents and expensive costs. In America, you could die of old age finishing the paperwork in the admitting room, and if the initial heart attack doesn’t kill you, the second one as a result from the bills will.  Increased overseas outsourcing have replaced jobs At almost every level in our society, computer and automation technology have permanently replaced jobs, with the exception of one: the professional levels in the fields I just mentioned. While it could be done, it hasn’t.  

These are the very industries that are in control your health and the American standard of living. There are sixty pages of attorneys in the St. Louis Yellow pages, and growing.  I don’t need to tell any American about the increase and abuses in our medical infrastructure.  So why are these people that don’t directly contribute to the GDP getting richer and buying their fourth vacation home; while single moms are working three jobs for a total of sixty hours a week and still have no employer healthcare - and going tens of thousands of dollars in debt just to survive? 

Why? It’s because our legislatures, Governors and Presidents purposely structure our laws to do so.  Our legal system is nothing more than what’s known as a “flowchart”.  If the average American ever detailed this flowchart with the obstructionist requirements our government has purposely built in, there is no question that NRA membership, gun sales and funeral home stocks would be on the rise as our politicians fell.  Our media calls it things like the law, environmental policy, security regulations, industry standards, and public policy.  The true names are legal obstruction, gutting the planet, unconstitutional force, fraud, murder, and media censorship and control.

The increased productivity and gains by technology should have been showing up in the quality of life in the Americans that produced these gains, but were instead forced to change jobs to lower paying jobs and were victims of the new Neologism: “underemployment”.  These economic gains were given to doctors, attorneys, Defense contractors, politicians, and corporate CEOs like the one from Exxon Mobil and Halliburton for robbing Iraq’s oil; and price gouging us at the gasoline pumps.  If you haven’t heard, Halliburton (the Middle East Wars largest Defense contractor and Vice President Cheney’s former company) has moved its headquarters to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).  That’s right, the very country we refused to turn our ports over to because they were named as a “terrorist” Arab country in the 9-11 Commission Report.  What has this got to do with the economy?  When the public wakes up and the subpoenas start being issued for the hundreds of billions of dollars in Defense fraud, Halliburton will be a foreign corporation and our politicians will claim it’s an “international” lawsuit. It will be tied up in courts until your grandchildren are grandparents – then forgotten. This is money that should already be in our education, construction, and social services infrastructure, which have been cut to the point of bastardization.

In regard to healthcare, the oil companies have also been adding “hydrocarbon ligand blends“ to the “EPA mandated fuels”, increasing human toxicity since 2000 and running environmental bio-weapons experiments on selected races and in geographical locations.  You’ve watched a number of chronic illnesses like Alzheimer’s, Type II diabetes, Leukemia, cancer, tumors, respiratory and gastrointestinal increase by hundreds of percent. 

Many are directly related to specific hydrocarbon poisoning, particularly benzene and its affect on genes 17 and 21. (See section US bio-weapons Program). Our number of pharmacies has tripled in the last decade, with the government and pharmaceutical companies experiencing record profits. It’s very profitable when you develop the toxin and the treatment at the same time. The doctors and lawyers hiding this have gotten rich enough to buy that fourth vacation home and start automobile collections, while the working class sells their home or gives it away through a “reverse mortgage” federally insured by the United States government to pay their medical bills from this industrial collusion.  Think about it.  Our politicians tell the public they don’t have the money to insure everyone’s health; but they have plenty of money to insure the bank that mortgages your house so you can pay your medical bills.  I can only hope the average American takes off that tin foil hat and their rose colored glasses very soon. 

Indirect US medical costs today are one of the largest hindrances to our country’s economy competing internationally. President Bill Clinton recently stated our general health in this country is poorer than Canada’s, and our system is 700 billion dollars annually more expensive than Canada’s health care system on a proportional basis. The largest employer here in St. Louis is the BJC teaching hospital conglomerate, not even counting Washington University Medical School; its source for medical residents and Defense, NIH and pharmaceutical research grants.  BJC alone has over two billion dollars in revenue annually. BJC sponsors a television show called “Get Hooked on Health”.  They want you to believe they want everyone in the region to be healthy, so they can lose their physician’s jobs and watch their company stock drop until they lose all their vacation homes and car collections.  BJC wants you healthy about as much as the oil companies want you riding bicycles.  The title of the show should be: “Get Hooked on Pills and Surgery from Biochemical Toxins We Developed and Won’t Disclose Through Diagnosis”.  Don’t believe it?  Our media calls the French arrogant.  If they are, they have a right to be. They are close to a true democracy.  The people control the government, and make the government control their corporate infrastructure.  In America, the corporations control the government who exercise force on the people.  The French government is scared of the people; the American people are scared of their government.  Within the last few years, the French government proposed changing the law to allow “termination at will” for their employment without reason, like we have here in the US.  The French took to the streets by the thousands with sticks and firebombs aimed at government buildings.  The government backed down. 

Bill O’Reilly made the statement on FOX that the French were stupid.  He said: “How smart can they be; their government’s broke”.  I thought to myself: “The US is over eight trillion dollars in debt. We have no job security and most Americans are forced to lie, cheat and steal on an individual or “systematic” basis to keep their jobs, compromising their morals and creating stress.  Small businesses are being run out of business by extortion through the healthcare, product liability and Workman’s Compensation insurance industries.  Those that don’t agree with our present system are being stalked, disenfranchised and harassed to death by an Executive Branch, Attorney General, and Congress that the vast majority of Americans know are criminals and don’t trust as far as they can throw them.  If the French are stupid, what does that make Americans?”

If you haven’t seen Michael Moore’s film “SIcko”, I suggest you do so.  Just like in “Fahrenheit 911”, Moore doesn’t give the real perception of the “whole” truth.  He doesn’t tell any mistruths, he just stops short of showing you the criminality of the US government, choosing to let the audience leave as those we’re a nation full of morons.  In the movie “Sicko”, Michael Moore gives you several examples of how we’re being extorted through our healthcare industry.  What Michael Moore doesn’t tell you is how the general public has been intentionally poisoned to drive the demand for healthcare industry.

Moore didn’t tell me much I didn’t already know.  The circumstances in England, Canada, Cuba and France are pretty well known by intelligent Americans.  I knew all these medical systems were free and focused on preventive medicine rather than intentional poisoning for profit like the US, but I was unaware the French get a mandatory minimum of five weeks paid vacation, and six months paid maternity leave, with an additional unpaid six months if they choose. Their system promotes stress reduction and “family” time.  In America, we had to beg Congress for 12 to 14 weeks of “unpaid” leave in most cases for family emergencies.  That applied to companies over 50 employees; and although your job was federally guaranteed, the company could still fire you for any reason immediately after your return – and it was your legal dime to prove the “intent” of the firing was for your absence.  Some US corporations just fired women when they heard through the grapevine the employee was pregnant, before the employee gave official notification as to avoid those companies that gave paid leave.   

Michael Moore claims new French mothers even have the option of having a government assistant come to their house and help four hours twice a week with laundry, cleaning and cooking while they adjust to the baby.  In some socialized countries, doctors still make house calls.  The American media calls the French lazy, but they have higher productivity, less stress, more family time, have a lower infant mortality rate and live years longer than Americans.  Yes, Mr. O’Rielly, those French people sure are stupid. O’Rielly, Hannity, Coulter, Limbaugh, Abrahms, Blitzer, Tucker and the rest of these self-proposed journalists are nothing but fascist propagandists giving false misperceptions of events; while taking their corporate millions to the bank and watching the US economy and freedoms go  down the tubes.  They are not Americans, patriots,or journalists by any sense of the word.

Why do the French get such great social services in their country?  It’s because it’s the law and it’s enforced.  It’s a level playing field for employers, and the working class and small businesses aren’t allowed to use labor as the “whipping boys” for higher productivity. That’s right, the same multi-national corporation that “allows” you two weeks in America after a year of work “mandatorily” gives the same Frenchman doing the same job five weeks vacation.  In America, the wealth from this employment abuse and reduced social services is stolen and passed to individuals through corporate fraud and abuse. 

So why can’t we do it in America.  We can, and even better with the right leadership.  Productivity gains aren’t being trickled down to the working class.  They are being shoveled to the elite by regulations, taxes, fraud, intentional conflicting laws and no corporate law enforcement.  Every year you read in the newspaper the American rich are 10% richer; and the American middle class and poor are 20% poorer.  Do our present politicians know it?  Not only do they know it, they’re the ones creating the legislation to do it, and let criminals like Bush, Cheney, and Gonzales remain in power when they could have impeached them immediately after 9-11 and prosecuted them.  Instead, our Congress let the Executive Branch have unlimited powers and use “police state” tactics like the “patriot act” and unconstitutional wiretapping to protect this corporate fraud.  They put in place the legislation for obstruction and force to pilfer a nation; just like they pilfered the companies they previously ran.  When they have left office and the true numbers in regard to our nation’s economy are revealed, all levels of the middle class will take a significant hit.

While we should be reinvesting in education, technology and infrastructure, the wealth of the nation is being robbed through industrial collusion and the illegal occupations in Afghanistan and Iraq.  The existing infrastructure is being leased to foreign socialist and communist countries; and even the Arab countries labeled as “terrorists”.  Again, we cannot compete when the GDP money that should be put back into our system is going to individuals through fraud; overseas to multi-national corporations; and through brides in “economic aid” to force countries to side with the American government and protect its immense corruption in the Middle East.  Bush and the Congress tell you to fear for your “National Security” from foreign “terrorists”, and appropriating money through that false fear “they” created. Meanwhile the American way of life, health, and opportunities of your children and grandchildren are being removed by our present government and corporations.   Our economy, infrastructure, national debt and healthcare systems are our “National Security”.  Just like the CEOs that fraud their stockholders and raid their companies; so shall the United States find itself in dire economic straights with everyone in our government pointing the finger and all saying  “what happened” and “prove it”.

Though our education system probably removed this little fact from history education (like they did “Civics” classes from American education curriculums), laws were created in the days of the “Robber Barons” which prohibited lawyers, doctors, bankers, people who sell liquor (gambling), and other professional industries to Unionize.  The fear was that because these industries were highly licensed and their services regulated, collusion between members of these industries could rob the average citizen and adversely affect the economy.  They never did “Unionize”.  Instead, they call it the Bar Association, the American Medical Association, the Federal Reserve, and the gambling and alcohol consortiums – all with lobbying groups in Washington to bribe Congress. 

As these industries first grew, regulations were kept in place to control them.  For decades these controls to limit unjust profit margins that would hurt the economy have been slowly removed as their economic and political influence grew.  With the emergence of cheap computer databases through the 1990s, our industry leaders became more aggressive in working with each other to exploit the public. 

On George W. Bush’s first day of inauguration, the Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI) was formally created.  The OSI reports to Karl Rove, First Assistant to President Bush. Though the OSI is advertised as a public relations office between the President and corporate industry; it actually assists, monitors and protects corporate collusion and fraud.  Think of them as the domestic CIA for organized crime.  The OSI assisted in robbing your 401Ks and other retirement funds in 2001 and early 2002 through the artificial stock market “bubble”. They assisted in electric and natural gas price gouging in the next few years by “artificially” creating shortages among wholesalers to circumvent Public Utility Commission regulation laws.  They assisted in 9-11 (see 9-11). They assist in the coordinating the US Bio-Weapons program with the Defense Department, contracted industry polluters, the National Institutes of Health, the health insurance companies, and the corporate hospital conglomerates.  The OSI assists in the fraud and protection of Defense contractor fraud in Iraq and Afghanistan.  Our politicians know it. They are either complicit or silent, but they are all taking those corporate campaign contributions as our country goes into debt and your stress level from trying to make ends meet through our corrupt bureaucracy kills you; if the US doctors don’t first.

If you’re wondering why the entire professional system is so corrupt, it’s because this “gravy train” of corruption and fraud can only last so long.  The professional industries know the US can’t globally compete like this, and are taking advantage and the assistance of the corrupt politicians in power.  They want to make sure each of their great grandchildren has Porsches and mansions at the cost of working class health and opportunities.  This isn’t capitalism, these industrial collusion rip-offs are not only criminal offenses of extortion and murder, these fall under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organization Act (RICO).  Instead of Ashcroft and Gonzales protecting our country’s economy and Constitutional rights, they assisted in destroying it, and Gonzales continues to while our Congress watches and puts on a show about how “helpless” they are under “the law”.  Don’t be stupid; they are the law. 

Congress can throw this Administration out any time they wish, and the American public can throw the Congress out anytime they wish through initiatives and referendums.  The problem is anyone trying to educate the public and unite them is immediately stalked through privacy invasion under “lone wolf”. They have their livelihood destroyed and professional license revoked; are harassed through the corporate infrastructure; disenfranchised and denied any social justice through our legal system and courts. I know; I’ve been through it all with three direct attempts on my life and countless criminal psychological and physical torts by employers, doctors and attorneys. I’ve been told I’m on the White House “S**t List” by attorneys; attorneys and doctors tell me I will have to leave the region, possibly the country for any true medical care; and to trust “no one”.  This isn’t the “life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness” and “freedom of speech” our Constitution guarantees - and I’m a real American. Sorry George and Dick, these real colors don’t run.    

It doesn’t take violence to stop this, all it takes is the education of the public at a social level and for the public to make our government understand we will not let them steal our economy and destroy our country.  This isn’t the “United” States of America when the rich force the lower classes to fraud, extort and “systematically” murder each other in our daily working government and corporate jobs.  Our American economy system is so entrenched with corruption, and so “brainwashed” and socialized through the media and education system into accepting this corruption, that individuals feel helpless to do anything about it.  It’s because you don’t know what to do. 

Like our present politicians, I know what to do.  If YOU don’t,  it’s because the corporate fascists had “Civics” and the concepts of “social responsibility” removed from our curriculums decades ago;  and replaced it with the concept of “playing the corporate game” to advance the uncontrolled capitalism and fascist agenda in our society.  So did Adolf Hitler.  Polls show that 90% of American college students believe they have to lie, cheat and steal to be successful.  That’s because in this country they do.  Surprise! Other industrialized countries aren’t like that.  They work as a team, and all are far more educated in the social view and their responsibilities to keep that democratic freedom than we are.

Understand that if America is to compete globally, not only should our “healthcare” system be socialized, but our insurance, energy, and water services as well.  Some water services are still socialized. Don’t let the media “brainwash” you into thinking that “socialized” is a bad word.  Michael Moore points out in “SIcko” that your Fire Department, library system and education system are all socialized.  The profit is removed for these vital and necessary social necessities.  What if you had to fill out the equivalent of medical insurance paperwork before the Fire Department turned the water on for your kitchen fire?  Your neighbor’s house would be in ashes as well as yours.  If you want a complete list of socialized services, look at your Real Estate Tax receipt. 

Socialized services can be inefficient and fraudulent; it just depends whether you have honest leaders in power; or criminals like we presently have. It depends on whether you’re willing to take to the streets to demand accessibility for honest candidates and an honest voting system (See voting).  George Bush was right about one thing – “Freedom isn’t free”.  He should know. His Administration and the Congress stole America’s freedoms while they had you the watching Iraq, Afghanistan, Anna Nicole Smith, and reality shows though the media. 

Our federal services: like the military, natural park preserves, and Social Security our also socialized.  If our present government thought they could get away with privatizing Social Security without Americans actually getting off their butts and taking to the streets; they would.  What would happen if you let them is that the financial industry would rob the money and a couple fall guys would go to some minimum security golf course for five years like always.  The government might even fake a death like Ken Lay’s, or the next President give a pardon like “Scooter” Libby.  Either way, the apathetic American people will buy the propaganda and continue to sit on their rear while more of America’s wealth is stolen by corporate interests through a corporate puppet government.

By the way, the mass media forgot to tell you about the latest in resolving the corporate stock scandals.  For the corporations like Enron and world Com that fraud and raped the stockholders, a new president has been set.  Even though it’s perfectly clear the books were manipulated and fraud occurred, the stockholders have to prove “intent” to fraud.  This means that unless the prosecution can produce a witness and prove that they can “read minds”, and then read the defendant’s mind; that the guilty (which aren’t required to testify) can’t be proven to have intentionally committed the fraud.  Go ahead and let our government privatize Social Security and invest in the stock market with these standards.  Let them steal it all.  It’s become apparent even the Supreme Court of the United States has no morals or regard for the economy of its own citizens and country.

If you want to enjoy the family time, vacation time, social services, freedoms and healthcare that France has, quit letting individuals steal money through corporate interests.  Our economy and your standard of living will continue to fall as a result of this corruption.  Before our government ever admits that they have allowed and assisted the corporate infrastructure to rob the wealth of America, they will most likely execute another “false flag” operation like 9-11.  Given the offensive technology presently being generated covertly in atmospheric disperstudies and bio-weapons, it will most likely be a bio-weapons or viral attack through the ports - which the public was already made aware were not secure on purpose, through the "Dubia Ports Scandal". Our politicians know its “cost prohibitive” to completely secure our ports.  The only purpose in making a mass media issue about the “Dubai Port Scandal” was to let you know they were insecure.  Our government can then use those ports for a future attack and claim the “public knew”, but nothing was done about it.    

Marshal Law and quarantines could be legally be placed in affect after such an attack for “your” security, and travel will be restricted. The US is already requiring passports for North American travel as of the end of 2007.  It’s not to control who comes into our country, it’s to control who goes out and has free access back and forth. If they wanted to control who comes into our country, they would have completed border “walls” with the latest surveillance technology two years ago. Again, think about it.  All foreigners legally coming into and visiting this country already require a passport.

After the hypothetical attack, the rich will be treated for free or have been vaccinated before hand; and the lawyers and doctors will suck more money from the middle class for medical treatment and redistributing the wealth of those who die.  The government would blame Al-Qaida for the attack and economic devastation.  American morons will be told by fascists like Hannity and O’Rielly to put flags on their cars and houses, and middle class morons that can afford it will send in donations to be stolen through charity organizations again.  Our politicians will tell individual “heart-warming” stories of heroics on C-Span; and the unsuspecting, misled general American public won’t have a clue.  I’ll shake my head and wished I could have done more to make you understand and stop it.  Meanwhile, the “stupid” citizens from France will be watching the American events unfold from Greece on CNN while they’re on their five week vacation - and their country is safe from its own government because they control their government.

I am not a socialist.  I don’t believe in uncontrolled capitalism either; only a sociopath without a conscience would believe in “economic slavery”.  We must stop the government corruption and restore our Constitutional values, laws and enforce proper law structured from it. America is not going to survive in a global economy with the government forcing us to lie, cheat and murder each other, while the rich walk away with the spoils and invest overseas.  Demand honest candidates and voting; structured laws that are efficient and make sense; and enforcement of corporate protection laws.  Understand that if a government doesn’t fear its own citizens, they do whatever they wish.   The change all starts with the impeachment of President Bush and his entire Administration.  It’s long overdue.  Call your Representatives and Senators and demand they be removed immediately. Remove Matt Blunt as Missouri Governor as well.  If you’re afraid to get involved or call, then you can understand why the American government gets away with attacking and poisoning its own people - while citizens in France get a mandatory five weeks vacation, free health care and house calls from doctors.  Thank you for your time.
