The Voting Process

Our laws, and the enforcement of our laws is at the root of United States freedoms and security.  The candidate selection and voting process determines who we choose to create, coordinate and enforce those laws.  We haven’t done a very good job in either.  Like all other facets of our government, our election process has become so criminal that many of us have just accepted it; or even worse – quit voting. There are some good organizations run by some very dedicated people to try and make elections honest and fair, such as Missourians for Honest Elections www.mohonestelections.org ,   and Black Box Voting www.blackboxvoting.org/    I strongly suggest you join their email lists and get involved.

Is it just me, or do you find it amazing that MasterCard and Visa can assimilate billions of charges from millions of sources – transfer, analyze, tabulate and bill those charges to millions of credit card users around the world with seldom a mistake……. every month.   Yet our government can’t seem to collect 50 million votes in one day without an error of up to six percent?  It’s ludicrous, and somehow the voting fraud that is uncovered never seems to be prosecuted.  Once again it’s because the vast majority of the American public remains unaware and silent in fear of our corporate controlled government.

So how does voter fraud work?  First of all, understand there are several issues involved in the selection and election of our elected officials:

The Voting Process

All of the above are important to the election of people that control the laws for our health, security, environment, economy, freedoms, and the education and opportunities of our children.   This posting is just going to focus on the Voting Process. The voting process is a mixture of science and psychology.  I will explain fraud I have personally witnessed; what I understand about the voting process; and how to have an honest, verifiable voting process. The facets of the voting process are:

Encoding – transfer of your choices to a paper ballot, electronic machine or both

Decoding – Having your punch-card, optiscan or touchscreen data read into, or by a machine

Transfer – The actual transfer of punch-cards or electronic storage mediums physically transferred to the appropriate Board of Elections for assimilation and tabulation results

Assimilation – the collection of all ballots by all reporting polls to the actual Board of Elections under that Board of Elections jurisdiction

Tabulation – the decoding and counting process of punch-cards and electronic media by a manual, mechanical or electronic software process

Voter fraud can take place in any or all aspects of this process. It usually takes place where you suspect it the least, making a fool out of the entire general public.  Let’s examine each step one at a time.  This list may not be all inclusive because the people that arrange the fraud are experts at what they do; I’m not.  The Missouri Secretary of State is responsible for the execution and integrity of the Missouri voting process. It is the Missouri State Attorney General’s responsibility to prosecute election fraud in MIssouri, along with the US Department of Justice.  First let’s look the Encoding process.

Encoding  Fraud – 2004 National Election (butterfly ballots)

Butterfly ballot cards were used in the 2004 national election, and voting a “straight party” ticket was an option.  I voted in Affton, MO, a predominately democratic district that supported former House majority/minority leader Congressman Richard Gephardt for 22 years.  In my district, the ballot cards were structured and rigged in conjunction with some of the voting machines they slid into.  How did it work?  Many of you will remember this, but never even thought about it because you trust our government. 

Simply put, the ballot cards were allowed to be intentionally misaligned in the machine so you punched the wrong hole without knowing it.  The butterfly ballot machines have round alignment pins and the voting cards have alignment slots.  The difference in the alignment of the pin from the top of the slot to the bottom of the slot in the November, 2004 election was the same distance between vertically aligned punch-holes in the card, at least it was in my polling place.

Regular type election voting cards had short slots, and the spring loaded machines for them force the alignment pin to the bottom of the slot.  These elections are typically honest.  During National elections, the cards contain many more punch-holes closer together because of more elections and issues, the alignment slots are longer and the machines are not spring loaded.

Unlike the regular elections, the National election cards require the machine alignment pins be aligned at the top of the slot for proper alignment.  It states it on the top of the ballot card,  but the type is very small.  When you place your card in the National election machines, sometimes it doesn’t go all the way down. The card stops exactly when the machine alignment pin is at the bottom of the slot. Coincidentally, the card always stops or hangs up with the pin at the bottom of the slot or goes all the way to the top of the slot, but never in between (hint).

You’re told by poll workers to make sure your card goes all the way down.  When you place your ballot card all the way down in the machine, you assume that means until it stops and hits metal.  In rigged machines, the card hangs up exactly where the machine alignment pin lines up with the bottom of the slot in the card in the wrong position. 

Most people don’t read the top of the ballot card stating correct alignment is with the pins at the top of the slot, and improper positioning appears normal in relation to regular elections when it is supposed to be at the bottom of the slot.  It’s a form of subconscious psychological familiarity that makes most people not notice.  If you did happen to select a rigged machine and notice the misalignment, the election official will tell you to select another machine, but won’t take that one offline.

By chance I selected a rigged machine in 2004, and the card would not go down despite several attempts. I pointed out the error, and was told to choose another machine.  The election official told me it was probably full of chads - wrong.  The stopping wasn’t spongy, it was hitting dead metal.  Secondly, I was the tenth voter that morning and the first on that machine!  The election official did not remove the rigged machine.  I just shook my head. I witnessed at least two other voters on different machines with the alignment pins at the bottom of the slot as I looked around leaving my voting poll in Affton in the 2004 November National election.

I realized the people voting on the rigged machines were voting for a whole cast of politicians and issues they didn’t intend to, but they didn’t.  They were voting for the candidate below the one they actually punched.  If you voted in the 2004 national election and voted a straight democratic ticket with your card misaligned, you actually voted a straight republican ticket, because the Democratic Party was listed first on the ballot.  Understand that the Democrats didn’t get the Republican “straight ticket” votes cast on rigged machines, the third party listed below them did. 

I hope this explains why after the November, 2004 election Missouri had a republican Governor, two republican US Senators, a Republican State Congress and why Missouri supported Bush in the 2004 Presidential election in a state that has a majority of voting democrats.  Simply by structuring the names on the ballot cards and altering a few of the card alignment guides on some of the butterfly ballot machines in selected polling places, you change the whole election outcome for both issues and candidates.  

You can recount until you’re blue in the face and get the same result. The counting wasn’t rigged, the structure of your card layout and the alignment was, so that a given percentage would punch the wrong holes.  I figure about 25% of the votes were skewed at the Meisner Elementary polling place in Affton, MO that day.  When the ballot card stopping points or alignment guides are returned to normal after the election, there is absolutely no proof.  That’s because the top of the ballot card that contained the alignment “slots” and directions (the proof of allowed misalignment) was torn off right in front of you before you place your ballot card in the voting box.  

It’s quite possible the same thing happened in Ohio, that’s why the exit polls were so far off.  I guarantee the exit polls would have been off at my polling place had they been taken.  The pre-election polls statistically tell those responsible for the election how many machines to rig in each district to achieve the desired outcomes.  I don’t even know if Ohio had butterfly ballots. If they did, I know how it was done.  Believe it or not, there are statistical tools to go back and determine how many cards were cast on rigged machines by voting patterns, but it would never be allowed to be proven in our courts. All of the officials presently in office could be removed immediately.   If the government hadn’t intended the fraud, the butterfly voting cards would have had alignment holes the same size as the pins for true alignment, or the machines would have been spring loaded with proper alignment at the bottom of the card slots.

The placement of candidates and issues on a punch-card ballot can be structured as to render a vote void because two selections are made for the same office or the same issue by a misaligned card in the machine.  It appears to the voter that they’re voting at the bottom hole for one office or issue, and the top hole for the next office or issue.  When misaligned, this can cast two votes for the same office or issue, rendering the vote null and void.  Don’t think for a second these people aren’t smart, and considerable time doesn’t go into the layout of these cards for each district. 

In regard to intentionally misaligned ballots, our government contends “it’s the voter’s fault”, because he or she didn’t read the alignment directions on the card and catch their rigged machine.  I know because I asked the Missouri Secretary of State’s office after the election.  The Missouri Secretary of State’s office called the intentional fraud “operator error”.  Who was the Secretary of State for the 2004 elections?  Matt Blunt – he rigged his own election to become Missouri Governor; and Missouri Attorney General Jeremiah Nixon knows it.  I’ve dealt with representatives from both offices, and obviously don’t care for either of them.

Encoding - Optiscan

I’ve never used an Optiscan voting system, but fraud is much more inherent than in even the punch-card mechanical system.  Even if you place your wishes correctly on the sheet, the print could be slightly shifted on a percentage of sheets in relation to the index point of the scanner. This would have the same effect as the misaligned ballot cards.  Who are you going to blame if it’s caught, the printing company that supplied the Optiscan ballots?  You don’t think the company that produces the butterfly ballots knows what went on?  

Encoding – Electronic Touch-screen

I did use a Touch-screen system in the 2006 election.  There are reports of selections across the country changing right on the screen after selection was made by the voter.  That didn’t happen to me, it went very smooth.  Still, the actual electronic recording of the vote may not be the same as the selections appearing on the screen.  A written audit trail is printed, but the recorded electronic votes can be changed and the audit trail reprinted in a matter of minutes with the right equipment during the physical transfer stage of the voting process, as no hard copy from the voter’s own actions is ever supplied to the voter.  Keep this in mind when reading about the physical transfer stage for the 2006 election.

Decoding – Butterfly Ballot

Decoding was made famous by the “hanging chads” of the 2000 National election in Florida.  Through all the hoop-la of the “hanging chads”, not once did I hear the reason for them through the mass media.  It wasn’t “operator error”.  The voter’s responsibility was to stick a punch pin through a hole.  Even George Bush couldn’t screw that up.  The hanging chads occurred because the punch-holes weren’t properly “scored” in the card. “Scoring” is the evenness and the depth of the slicing around the individual punch-holes.  Any tool and die maker or scoring press operator could tell you why.  The quality assurance specifications were obviously and intentionally disregarded.  The “hanging chads” are actually a product of defective cards at the manufacturing process, which shows up at the encoding and decoding processes.

The entire election process in the Florida 2000 National election has to be the most corrupt in American history, and no one committing the fraud went to jail.  You can thank former Governor Jeb Bush and Florida Secretary of State Kathleen Harris for that scar on American history.

Decoding – Optiscan

The recording software can still be corrupted and/or the media storage data rewritten.  Again, misaligned print to the index point of the scanner will shift your vote.  Having nothing to compare the single sheet provided you, you would never know the difference.

Decoding – Touch-screen 

The recording software can still be corrupted and/or the media storage data rewritten and the audit trail reprinted during physical transfer.

Physical Transfer – Butterfly ballots 

The cards can be swapped, as they have no identifying serial numbers at the time of transfer.  Also, additional holes can be punched in the same issue or election, to nullify votes.  Machines have been found in cars to selectively punch out additional punch-holes in blocks of ballot cards, nullifying the votes.  If a machine was created to punch out the holes for pre-selected candidates simultaneously just ten cards at a time, the integrity of the votes for pre-selected candidates is preserved, while the vote is nullified for other candidates because of over-voting (two or more candidates for the same office).   Hundreds of votes can be changed in a matter of a few minutes.

Physical Transfer questions regarding the 2006 Election – Optiscan and Touch-screen.

Optiscan and Touch-screen electronic voting were the primary voting methods in Missouri for the November, 2006 election.  As stated, I used a touch-screen during voting, and everything “appeared” legitimate.  But as I watched the returns come in that evening on local St. Louis television, immediately something very odd struck me. 

It was just around midnight, and reporters said that only 50% of the polls had reported into the Saint Louis County Board of Elections assimilation point with their ballots.  If you stayed up that night and have a good memory, you know this is true.  Even if the polls stayed open a half hour past 7:00 (closing time) and took an hour to put everything together, the longest trip to County Elections is only 40 minutes away driving slow.  Every poll should have reported in by 9:30 or 10:00 at the very latest, with no exceptions.  It was midnight, and 50% of the election data was still missing? 

I first called NBC and CBS news (Channels 5 & 4), asking if they thought it was strange that 50% of the election data was missing for a minimum of over two hours.  The young ladies in the news department I spoke with told me that they were told to expect it.  I asked them why.  They didn’t know why; they were just told to expect it.

I then called the FBI, and ran the time sequence by the FBI representative.  The FBI representative said something to the effect of:  “So?”.  He didn’t disagree with my assessment.  Like always with the FBI, he told me it wasn’t their jurisdiction – it was the responsibility of their boss, the Department of Justice.  I called the DOJ, and DOJ representative could have cared less if the ballots were missing for two days.  

It’s ironic that National Public Radio just reported the DOJ is investigating a single vote cast in advance by a dead person in the Primary election.  Let’s watch the DOJ and Attorney General Catherine Hanaway spend a hundred thousand dollars investigating one fraudulent vote, and then sit on their apathetic and criminal butts while 50% of the election data is missing for hours again in a National election.  It doesn’t say much for voting system integrity or the Justice Department Missouri State Attorney General Jay Nixon that that oversee it.  At this point, I could almost understand why people don’t vote - but the criminals in our system would like to discourage you from voting, for then only the criminals would vote. 

Realize that as the reported electronic media was being tallied and reported on television, the remaining missing media data storage could be modified and have the paper audit trails reprinted to match.  With the right kind of software and printing equipment, the election and issues can be swung either way.  What amazed me was that no one responsible in law enforcement cared the electronic data was missing for over two hours.  The media was told to expect it – and never asked why.  Law enforcement couldn’t care less.

I don’t know whether polling transfer times (leaving and arriving) are recorded.  If not, they should be.  If they are, poll workers should be interviewed at what time the transfer started and what time they arrived for the vast amount seriously overdue.  I know the electronic data was escorted by the St. Louis County Police from my poll in Affton during November, 2006 – but given the integrity of a police force that knowingly allows the use of bioweapons on the citizens they’re supposed to protect - that’s not saying much.

Assimilation of ballots and electronic data at the Board of Elections – all media and ballots

As previously mentioned, the time leaving the polling place and time reporting in is important.  We don’t want votes missing in “limbo” again for over two hours before they are compiled and counted.  The other factor is to ensure that all votes are counted, and not have votes from entire polls thrown out or missing.

Tabulation – butterfly ballots

It’s already obvious that when punch-cards are tabulated by machines, and chads not completely detached can obscure votes and are not counted.  Misaligned cards make it unclear of the voter’s intentions, disregard over-votes and intentions are not even clear on a recount.

Tabulation – Optiscan and Touchscreen

Again, “Black Box” software (special software with proprietary rights) that no one knows about is unnecessary in any of these machines. These machines are isolated and not open to internet or any other external access.  “Canned” software databases from Microsoft or other companies can be programmed to do the same thing.  It’s ridiculous and rip-off of taxpayer money given to Diebold to produce fraud potential.  Unless you have ESP, you have no idea whether the data modules from individuals polls are still correct (delay in delivery), or whether the compilation software hasn’t been tampered with.  In summary, the whole voting system is ridiculous - with enough potential for fraud to elect Mickey Mouse for President. 

While I applaud the efforts of voting groups around the country for their efforts in demanding honest voting, I disagree with their approach.  They tend to react, not act, in their efforts to fraudulent voting systems.  There is inherent fraud in every one of these systems at every level.  Voting groups tend to let the voting take place with faulty systems, and then try to prove fraud at great expense.  This is unnecessary and there is an answer. The voting system must be honest up front

Requirements for an honest voting system

I didn’t care for Ronald Reagan that much, but he did say a few things that made a lot of sense.  One quote was: “Trust, but verify”.   No truer words were ever needed in regard to our voting system.  You don’t “inspect” quality and react to deficiencies in manufactured goods and administrative processes.  You “design” the integrity and quality into the system processes with checks and balances.  That’s why Mastercard and Visa can process billions of transactions without a single mistake. 

The only way to “verify” your vote is to have of a copy of your selections when you leave the polls.  It is also the only way to produce the “legal” proof that your individual vote was changed or miscounted.  An advocate from a voting group told me that this would be illegal.  I was told that people would “sell” their votes using the voting receipts as proof.  If there is a law prohibiting such, then the law is illegal.  Anyone who is going to sell their vote is going to sell it anyway, regardless of proof.

For some reason, advocate groups also like paper ballots.  I agree there should be a paper audit trail in addition to the receipt provided to the individual.  After long hard thought and consultation with others, the following system is anonymous, cheap, efficient, and “legally” verifiable – both in individual vote and tally.  This is how it would work:

I feel the modifying the Optiscan systems would be the best.  It would reduce waiting time at the polls by having all your votes ready before decoding (being scanned), and reduce waiting times at the polls substantially.  Once the voter was qualified, they would be given the voting sheet with a unique barcode serialization and allowed to proceed to a table in a sectioned off area to fill it out.  Pamphlets to clarify issues and candidates that are vague or confusing on the ballot shall be supplied at each station at the tables to fill the ballots out.  When complete, the voter shall proceed to the Optiscan machine area.    

The pamphlet is scanned and a touch-screen monitor displays all the voter’s choices by office and issue.  The voter selects “accept” or “reject” on the monitor.  If the voter “rejects” what’s on the display, the voter is returned his sheet to go back and make the appropriate desired changes.  If the voter “accepts”, the data is electronically compiled, and the audit trail is printed detailing the ballot serial number, data base record number, machine number, polling place number and time.  An exact additional receipt is printed for the voter. 

The voter compares his printed receipt to the touch-screen monitor on the scanner, which now displays the choices “match” or “does not match”.  If the monitor matches the voter receipt, the voter presses “match” and proceeds to a poll worker and presents his receipt upside down where the back of the receipt is “ink stamped” with a special voting stamp.  If it does not match, the poll worker shall verify and document the discrepancy between the actual ballot, touch-screen and receipt.  If an unexplaineable discrepancy exists, then “Does not match” is pressed by the voter.  That record is erased, a machine representative is contacted, and a decision is made by the poll supervisory election judge after consultation with the machine company whether to take that machine off-line.  With proper beta testing of the machine and software, this should never happen.  If it does, then there is no use voting on that machine anyway.  Write-in candidates for office will be available on the back of the ballot sheet, with a mark for “other” available on the front of the sheet.

The database software and electronic voting data storage shall be compatible to internet format programming.  Election voting data shall be downloaded on the internet within two days, and accessible by search fields of ballot serialization or machine number.   All your votes can be verified after compilation by the individual voter, and all the individual polls can be verified that all the votes were tallied correctly.  All votes for that polling place shall be displayed on the screen with tallies for that polling place, and all polling place tallies shall be tallied for the overall vote.  Everyone in the state can look at all the individual votes for each candidate and issue.  Since the voter is identified by the data on his or her receipt and not by name, the voter remains anonymous and are the only ones who (supposedly) know who that voting receipt belongs to.

I say “supposedly” because when I voted on a touch-screen in 2004, there was a video camera mounted at the far end of the room.  Simply by synchronizing the clocks in the electronic voting machines with the camera on the wall, the election official management in possession of the audit trails (that record time of vote) and the camera footage can go back and see how anyone voted.  I’m sure the Election Board will tell you that the polls are videoed for “security” against fraudulent voting, which is a valid point.  Just realize it also takes away the anonymity of your vote as well.  They can tell you exactly who you voted for. 

There is nothing “secret” about it; don’t kid yourselves.  Voting groups which advocate no receipt for the voter because people would “sell” their vote are just kidding themselves,  because the people that would “buy” the votes belong to the organizations and political parties that have the access to this data.  Serialization of the ballots I propose shall not be directly or indirectly linked to the voter.  The situation regarding the video cameras is something that will have to be worked out.

Specific times shall be established to report discrepancies to the Election Board in person and through the internet.  The discrepancies shall be compiled and also presented on the internet, by serialization, with an “assignable cause” for stated for each.  With properly built and programmed machines, verified compilation software, there should be “zero” discrepancies in regard to the voting process.  Any discrepancies would have the “legal” standard of proof to substantiate and prove criminality to the responsible party or parties.

While these machines and the description of the entire system may seem complex, realize by standardization of a fool-proof system like this in the entire state or possibly the country, the mass production of these machines will be relatively cheap (unless contracted by the Defense Department) due to mass production.  The present Diebold machines have cost hundreds of millions of dollars, and some states (like Florida) are scrapping them because of the immense potential for fraud built in.  That’s not taxpayer money well spent.  Realize this was taxpayer money that was allocated by the many of the same politicians elected (selected) by these fraudulent machines and systems.  It’s like a big circle, isn’t it?

This system makes counting almost immediate, cost efficient and transparent. It not only allows verification of how individual votes were counted when compiled, it provides the “legal” standard of proof required for those that were not.  The voter receipts only reference election data, not the personal identity of the voter.  The only thing that links the voter to the receipt is possession of the voter receipt by the voter.  If lost and found, it could be anyone who voted at that poll.  The voter also has the choice of immediately destroying the receipt after leaving the polling place, but I wouldn’t suggest it.

This overall voting data and statistics are already compiled after each election anyway, and are available to the public through complicated internet sites.  It makes sense to standardize the voting systems in Missouri for cost and efficiency, and make all the data readily available and easily accessible to the public for integrity and confidence purposes.  The technology is here, and it’s simple.  Like all other forms of technology, it’s time we use technology for the good of our citizens - instead of using technology for continual control of of the public by those that abuse power and trust.

I’ve spent the majority of my life in the quality assurance engineering field; helping to design, modify, test, correct and foolproof systems so that there aren’t problems.  Our present voting systems are more than a nightmare; they’re a joke and an embarrassment to the American people.  They are too expensive, too complicated, inefficient, non-standardized and inherent with an unbelievable potential for fraud.  They are designed to be exactly as they are - fraudulent.

If Secretary of State Robin Carnahan wanted to save millions of dollars, eliminate long polling lines and have honest and verifiable elections – she would have done so – she hasn’t.  She has instead to “give” away excess millions of dollars for machines in an overall voting process that has no integrity whatsoever and is riddled with fraud.  The citizens of Missouri and America, and America, are long overdue to use the available technology for efficient and honest elections.  The problem is we’ll never get honest “elected” leaders in office to make the changes that are needed in our voting system, only “pre-selected” criminals to perpetuate this ridiculous fraud.

Don’t Think Voting Integrity is Important? - Take a Good Look

Take a good look at the present situation of our country.  Our state and federal legislatures are given the authority to draft our laws, but claim no responsibility as to whether these laws are enforced by our law enforcement agencies.  Our law enforcement agencies (under the Executive Branch) have the responsibility of enforcing those laws, but claim to have no authority or jurisdiction as provided by the laws passed by our legislatures.  The Missouri State Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the United States continues to set “legal” precedence which is unconstitutional, deliberately conflicting, and/or has an impossible legal standard to prove.  Ours is no longer a system of “checks and balances”, it’s designed as a system of avoidance, obstruction, insurmountable legal obstacles and “passing the buck”.

As a result, our economy has been “milked” by fraud, and the United States is broke.  Our Nation is in so much foreign debt that the Federal Reserve is making unprecedented moves just to maintain the “illusion” that we’re not broke.  We’re occupying two Middle Eastern countries that don’t want us there. We occupy them on the pretense of bringing them “democracy”, while our own voting system isn’t even legitimate.  Our politicians continue to allow illegal immigration, outsource jobs and pass “Free Trade Agreements” to drive US labor wages lower and drive college tuitions higher.  Our communications and utility companies continue to rob our citizens every month through artificially inflated prices and billing scams.  The quality of life for the middle class, which is what makes America the great Nation that it is, is being intentionally destroyed.

As discretionary (available) income among average Americans continues to decline due to reduced wages, our small business owners will find they have plenty of cheap labor, but not enough customers to stay in business.  The customer business left will be consumed by larger chain businesses after they go out of business.  You know….. the same corporations getting all the tax breaks to pay for outsourcing American jobs and ripping off the public. 

Our government and corporations are intentionally poisoning us by controlling releases of chronic environmental toxins, then sucking up American’s life savings to “treat” the illnesses they intentionally caused.  Doctors and attorneys aren’t allowed to disclose the root cause of environmental caused illness or disease.  The insurance industry is well aware of this and participates in obstructing diagnoses by denying tests.  It justifies their price increases every year.  They don’t lose money.  Our law enforcement and legal systems prevent criminal and legal rectification of this present system of extortion and economic genocide, which our present politicians refer to as a: “Healthcare” system.  

The answers to the discrepancies within the “official version” of the attacks of 9-11 have never been answered by our government – nor will they be answered without self-incrimination.  Load the following video link below from the BBC broadcast of 9-11-01.  The British news anchor man reports the “spontaneous” collapse of WTC-7 (Salomon Brothers building) at about 3:00 minutes into the live broadcast.  At 13:30 on the video, he starts to discuss the collapse again, and goes to Jane Standley in New York, with the view of the World Trade Center behind Jane through the window.  They discuss the collapse of WTC-7.  The only problem is that it hasn’t collapse yet.  England “loses” the satellite feed at 20:30.  WTC-7 collapses about twenty minutes later.

It’s never been explained, or even questioned by the American media. The rest of the world sits in amazement that we, as Americans, are truly that stupid and cowardly to confront our government.  You would think this video and a hundred other ridiculous facts might raise questions with the FBI and the American mass media, but the media has bigger problems like Paris Hilton’s DWIs and Brittney’s mental state.  The FBI is busy making sure we don’t have another “foreign” terrorist attack.  You don’t think voting integrity is important?  We’ve allowed the real “terrorists” to be in charge of the largest and most deadly conventional, biological and nuclear arsenal in the history of mankind, and our presently paying for scenarios to attack us with taxpayer money.  It’s a fact that I’ll dispute in any court of law and win if the truth is allowed to come out, and I’m not even an attorney. 

At present, the Biomedical Advanced Research Development Agency (BARDA) is presently spending over a billion dollars of taxpayer money to develop Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) weapons, attack scenarios, and responses (and cover-ups) to those scenarios.  BARDA was funded by scaring the heck out of the public with Asian “bird flu” pandemic fear mongering. The vaccine development is “secret”.  Realize to develop a vaccine, you have to have the virus.  This means the US government is developing several strains of lethal, airborne flu viruses that Mother Nature never would.  At the same time, they are developing the vaccines for each virus.  For a month and a half, all the public heard was the scare of the Avian Flu Virus pandemic.  Where did all the birds go? Did they all die?  No – the US government got their funding for BARDA.

Should our government decide to release these viruses, chemical agents or pathogens developed by BARDA on the public, who do you think is going to get the vaccines and cures first?  Actually it has already been decided, through response protocols Phase 1, 2, and 3.  In short, it won’t be the average American – it will be the classes of people responsible for the development and attack, and the military, security and law enforcement agencies employed to protect them from the infected, non-professional public.  Our government refers to this as necessary depopulation.  Average Americans would refer to it as “terrorism”, “assault”, “murder” and “Treason”.  The beauty of it is, there is no way to prove those criminally responsible to a “legal standard” in an American court of law. 

Mother Nature and God would take the blame in this scenario.  The criminals will provide the response to “their” attack at taxpayer cost, and then the medical and legal industry will provide the necessary legal assistance and medical care to average Americans at the cost of their life savings and inheritance from those killed.  This isn’t fear mongering with false allegations like the Republicans typically use.  These are the facts given the lack of ethics and reality of what our present leaders have already done, and the potential of danger from our own government given the legislation already put in place by our “selected” officials.

Former Congressman Billy Tauzin once said to Ted Koppel on a “Nightline” appearance discussing voter fraud after the 2000 election: “I used to be in the Congressional Ballot card business – now I are one” (quote close enough).  Then he smiled.  Billy was one of two Congressman which pushed for the SEC legislation which eventually led to the corporate accounting fraud, artificially inflated stock prices in 2000 and led the raiding working class 401Ks by the mutual fund managers in 2001.  Tauzin went on to create Medicare Part D, presently stealing taxpayer money through Medicare and extorting the personal money of the elderly everywhere.  Billy Tauzin then left the Congress and went to work as a lobbyist for the pharmaceutical industry at a reported $2,000,000.  I bring this up because these are the kind of people we get by allowing vote fraud – George Bush, Dick Cheney, Billy Tauzin and Matt Blunt.  

Voting is important.  It’s the most important civic responsibility you have as an American citizen.  An honest voting system is essential.  You can’t expect to control the white collar criminal element in our society while the criminals are in control of a “selection” process, instead of the people being in control of an “election” process.  Remember again that all it takes for evil to flourish is the silence of good people.  By not voting - you are remaining silent.  By not demanding an honest, verifiable voting system – you are remaining silent. 

I’m not sure if I’ll even make it on the ballot as a Missouri gubernatorial candidate for November, 2008 as an independent candidate.  The candidate qualification process is no less corrupt than the voting process.  If I don’t make it on the ballot, please take the time to write me in for the office of Missouri Governor as a statement that you want honest government and honest elections. You won’t waste your vote, because the other two main choices you have are the present Missouri General Jay Nixon who has allowed all the present corruption and fraud; and whichever criminal the Republican Party “pre-selects” through the primary election.  Your choices in November, 2008 will be crook “R”, crook “D”, or me. Thank you to Matt Blunt for dropping out; he’s already silently killed enough Missouri children with his pen.  Our citizens shouldn’t have to live in fear from these criminals.  May God bless and help decent Americans in these troubled times.  Thank you for your support.
