“With great knowledge comes great responsibility”.  It’s one of my favorite quotes.  Another is:  “There is a fine line between genius and insanity”.  I don’t claim to be a genius, but I’m smart enough to understand the total depth of both quotes.  The question regarding the first is: “Responsibility to what or whom, and what are the consequences and social impact of disclosure”.  In other words, will general knowledge of this information do more overall harm than good, and to who do these consequences fall, both pro and con? 

The second quote refers to a level of perception that geniuses find hard to believe some people can’t see or even understand, while others like themselves can correlate “cause and effect” of diverse events so easily.  It’s very frustrating, especially when the level of technology you’re trying to get the other party to understand can kill them without even realizing it.  President Bill Clinton once said something like: “I’m not that smart, I just see the relationship between things others don’t see as related at all”.  Don’t kid yourself, I’ve read President William Jefferson Clinton has an IQ around 187, a genius by any standard today. By comparison, President George Walker Bush’s IQ is 91, somewhere in the middle between Forest Gump and the average American. 

While these two human beings are on the opposite ends of the human intelligence spectrum, both are responsible for the US bio-weapons testing program and the law you will soon read (red shaded portion).  As an unknowing victim in part of this program, hind-sight recalls the atmosphere was very secretive and less abusive during the Clinton Administration.  At the initiation of the Bush Administration in 2001, this program became much more aggressive to the point of first-degree murder.  I encourage you again to consider whether you want to read this, for if you do read and understand it; there is no return.  It will explain and correlate the reasons for many problems of our society, but it will anger those that aren’t already aware.  I have thought long and hard regarding the social impact of this information. My motives for disclosing this information are genuinely sincere.

There are several types of bio-weapons.  Military bio-weapons such as US VX gas incapacitate, usually doing permanent physical and mental damage, and can be fatal.  Bio-weapons for civil control, such as pepper spray, mace and tear gas used by police, temporarily incapacitate the victim, but do no permanent damage.   The so called “Next-Generation Bio-Weapons” can be viruses such as AIDS, pathogens such as dioxin, radioactive, or chemical agents such as the above. They can also be used through foods, such as direct placement, engineered seed, and pesticides. Depending upon the type, they can be placed in the food, water, or air. The difference between these and those used for military and civil control purposes is that these are not fast acting.  The affects may be fatal or non-fatal, but the fatalities result secondary from long-term chronic illnesses developed such as cancer. They can be genetically targeted toward specific organs in specific races through bio-diversity studies, or to generally sicken a percentage of the general population in a geographical area.  

Toxins can be used in tandem or serially.  An example of use in “tandem” means one toxin can be placed in the water that alone is in safe limits, but another that is placed in the air simultaneously knowingly reacts with the other to cause cancer among five percent of the population.  They can also be used in tandem in the same source such as the EPA “mandated” gasoline blends, each chemical increasing the other’s human toxicity.  For example, alcohol based oxygenators like ethanol, required in gasoline in some states, increase the human body’s metabolism to store fat; while many class 1 and class 2 carcinogens like benzene in gasoline are stored in that fat.

An example of usage in “serial” means using a toxic bio-weapon to change the condition of the body’s state for a percentage of the population, such as weakening of a specific immune system over a period of time.  That toxin is removed from the environment and a toxin to specifically tax that immune system’s ability to fight disease is introduced in the environment and slowly increased.  The example above using benzene and ethanol are chemical safety engineering facts, yet our medical system just plays ignorant while they get rich from the illnesses caused by them (see healthcare).  The variables involved in environmental bio-weapons usage are type, concentration, frequency of exposure periods and length of exposure intervals.

These are the most dangerous threat to humanity since atomic weapons.  They are much more dangerous than atomic weapons because you can’t see, hear, smell or taste them.  There is no explosion and the victim doesn’t even know he has been attacked.  Symptoms may not show up for months after exposure, and the toxins themselves can be gone. They attack and affect your body’s ability to heal itself by shutting off the genes or the metabolic processes required for healing. These bio-weapons intentionally cause natural illnesses like cancer, tumors, respiratory diseases, chronic gastrointestinal problems, Type II diabetes, blindness, neurological illnesses like Alzheimer’s, arthritis, cardiac conditions, etc.   Given the state of bio-technology and the massive illegal US development program in the last decade, I have to assume there is nothing they can’t cause.

Because of their immoral nature and their ability to harm without detection, please understand such bio-weapons development and use is illegal in every country in the world.  Understand these weapons are outlawed by the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC), the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC), the Nuremberg Code derived from Nazi human medical experimentation, the World Medical Association (WMA), natural law, and just good moral sense.   

Purposes of Next-Generation Bio-Weapons

What purpose can these bio-weapons serve? The answer is any.  They are used for assassination, criminal torts, and population control.  There is no defensive use, another reason why development and use is listed internationally as a “Crime against Humanity” and punishable by death.  They can control the population of races within a general population to a certain degree.  They can slowly assassinate you in your office or workplace.  They can reduce the future liability of a corporation moving oversees by poisoning its employees for years before they move. The employees develop illnesses and start becoming ill and dying five years later, and so does the company’s pension liability and healthcare responsibility for those people. They can also destroy entire economies.   

 For example, an American company could go to a foreign country (or vice-versa) and discharge small amounts of different bio-toxins through their stacks for years in urban populations.  The company leaves when effects of the toxins start raising the percentage of chronic illness without explanation.  If only five percent of the local urban population is inflicted with ten chronic illnesses requiring expensive care and treatment and made to look like natural causes, the company and source of the toxins are gone and there is no proof or liability.  Such a scenario would be devastating to a country’s economy having a socialized medical system.  

Here In the US, the only industrialized country without socialized medicine where people are stupid enough to pay for their own healthcare individually - it would kill the poor and destroy the wealth of the middle class through increasing medical and insurance costs - while the medical, legal, insurance, and pharmaceutical industries get rich.  Does this scenario sound familiar?  In a socialized medicine economy, the incentive is to keep the environment clean to reduce the burden of healthcare costs, because the budget is on the back of the government also responsible for the environment.  Presently in the US system, the sicker corporate America makes the general public, the richer they become.

Development of Next-Generation Bio-Weapons

Understand development and testing of these bio-weapons costs billions of dollars, using expensive bio-medical procedures and equipment such as gas chromatography and spectrometers.  It also takes a large genetic base of a population to extrapolate the data needed to predict the effects of toxins on a given genetic profile.  Our present US government and the media would have you believe these next-generation bio-weapons can be developed in a cave by people with towels on their heads.  Sorry – It takes a large country with a lot of medical resources to conduct such experimentation.  Such illegal large group (epidemiology) studies have been run in US communities for decades, but the worst fears of bio-ethicists three decades ago have now been realized due to technological advancements (see Technology).  Corporate/government control of our medical and legal systems (see Legislation Changes) and advancements in bio-science have allowed our government to conduct such epidemiology experiments on any scale and make fools of the general working public. 

The chronic Illness percentage in Missouri has escalated dramatically in the last seven years and pharmacies have almost tripled.  It has been suggested by doctors that a portion is due to demographics; an aging population.  Doctors are blaming most of the increase on lifestyle.  If their definition of “lifestyle” includes your ingestion of intentional bio-weapons through drinking water and eating food, through your lungs by intentionally increased toxicity of manipulated hydrocarbon compounds in tandem, and absorption of toxins through your skin – then they are telling the truth to the public.  What they won’t tell you is the truth about the specific cause of your chronic illness.  As an example, only 5% of breast cancer is directly genetic, so what toxin(s) cause the other ninety-five percent? (See Healthcare)

Doctor’s in Missouri are well aware of the bio-weapons testing, but are forced to “play the game” to keep their license directly under government control, and indirectly under corporate control.  The government controls their license.  Corporations control their medical malpractice insurance and hospital staff requirements mandatory to keep that license.  What happens when these doctors are told by corporations or the government to suppress a diagnoses or cause, or intentionally misdiagnose a patient to protect corporate lawsuit liability or an internationally illegal program?  Do you really think the doctor is going to risk his license, status, and livelihood he or she spent at least twelve hard years earning so you can collect legal compensation? If your doctor still has a license, the answer is no.  As one health professional told me, “You play the game, or you don’t get to play”.  Bio-weapons aren’t a game.

How about the game American doctors play about “ruling everything else out”?  That’s like having twenty balls, each with a microscopic number on them. They look at the ball (your disease) under the microscope and see it’s a “2”.  Rather than diagnosing the illness and the cause, the doctors run tests to rule out a “3”, then rule out and “8”, then rule out a “15”, etc.; all because they are not allowed to determine cause.  You’re typically broke, dead or both before they will ever tell you the truth.  Hey – it’s good money for their industries.  Don’t think insurance companies try and stop it.  They don’t lose money. It justifies raising their prices and you pay the bulk of the cost.  It’s a “shell game” with increased profits for all involved, at the expense to the financial health of working individuals, and of higher indirect costs to our country as a whole.   

I wonder how many of you PhDs in the legal, insurance and medical industries are saying to yourselves: “that’s just the way it is”.  For the rest of you, let me explain how these epidemiology and workplace studies are conducted.  Hundreds of these illegal medical studies have been conducted by our major medical research university here in St. Louis alone.  The US is engaged in the largest, illegal developmental studies through deployment of environmental bio-weapons in the history of mankind, with the genetic affects studied through many of our medical universities around the country. Can’t believe the United States government is that immoral and made that big a fool out of the general public?  Read on, they even tried to make it look legal.

Hopefully you’ll understand the following text from Title 50 United States Code, Chapter 32, Section 1520 (effective 01/96 through 01/04) allowing the Secretary of Defense to test bio-weapons on the American public with only the notification and silence of local politicians and two committee chairman of Congress thirty days before:

50 USC 1520. Use of human subjects for testing of chemical or biological agents by

Department of Defense; accounting to Congressional committees with respect to

experiments and studies; notification of local civilian officials

(a) Not later than thirty days after final approval within the Department of Defense of plans for any experiment or study to be conducted by the Department of Defense, whether directly or under contract, involving the use of human subjects for the testing of chemical or biological agents, the Secretary of Defense shall supply the Committees on Armed Services of the Senate and House of Representatives with a full accounting of such plans for such experiment or study, and such experiment or study may then be conducted only after the expiration of the thirty-day period beginning on the date such accounting is received by such committees.

(b)(1) The Secretary of Defense may not conduct any test or experiment involving the use of any chemical or biological agent on civilian populations unless local civilian officials in the area in which the test or experiment is to be conducted are notified in advance of such test or experiment, and such test or experiment may then be conducted only after the expiration of the thirty-day period beginning on the date of such notification.

(2) Paragraph (1) shall apply to tests and experiments conducted by Department of Defense personnel and tests and experiments conducted on behalf of the Department of Defense by contractors.

You read that correctly, our legislators passed a law legalizing the contracting of inhuman bio-weapons experiments and assassination by the Secretary of Defense on all individuals and groups of the American public. Please remember I didn’t write this law or pass it, I unknowingly fought the actions to expose and repeal it.  I would like to clarify one thing.  Although this law states only “notification” is required of local politicians, the policy extracted and placed as former policy in the United States Office of Research Integrity for human experiments required their “permission”.  Not that it matters, whether the local politicians were agreeable or silent, they were still complicit and just as guilty.  Don’t think for a second that because this law was repealed that the largest bio-weapons program in the history of mankind has ended.  Again, please understand that this law, repealed in 01/04 and superseded by section 1520(a), violates state murder and assault laws, our Constitution, human law, the Biological Weapons Conference (BWC), the Chemical Weapons Conference (CWC), ethics of the World Medical Association (WMA), the Nuremberg Code enacted after human testing by the German Nazi doctors, decent human values and just good common sense just to name a few.

You didn’t really think our pharmacies have tripled and our chronic illnesses percentage is approaching double over the last decade just because of baby-boomers and lifestyle choices; did you?  You might.  Some people still think that there are WMDs in Iraq and we’re over there fighting for democracy instead of oil contracts.  It doesn’t mean the average Americans isn’t smart, just trusting of a government presently full of greedy sociopaths and a mass media that they know is lying. You’re socialized in your beliefs through our education system, and those beliefs are sustained through deception in the mass media.  All governments do it, though that doesn’t make it right. 

I was witness to an “accelerated” experiment of environmental toxins conducted in a controlled factory setting for seven years.  Not by coincidence, it started around January of 1996.  I became aware in February, 2003 and started complaining. The experiment was shut down immediately, but much damage had already been done, including organ loss, several miscarriages and first degree murder.  Our police originally said intentionally nerve gassing and killing Americans wasn’t a crime, and wouldn’t let me file an official complaint.  OSHA refused to take a report.  The FBI originally said it wasn’t a crime.  Needless to say, I was a little confused.  Now the FBI doesn’t deny it’s a crime, only that they have no jurisdiction.  When I asked for victim’s assistance, offered to testify and requested witness protection, the local Attorney General Criminal Chief told me to my face: “If the Department of Defense is doing it, it must be legal”.  Keep in mind this was before the situations of Guantanamo, illegal wire tapping, secret prisons, illegal torture, and Donald Rumsfeld being charged with War Crimes became public knowledge. 

As I said, I didn’t know about the above illegal law until just earlier this year in 2007, I just knew they were doing the illegal bio-weapons testing. What was this particular experiment testing?  Targeted chemical compounds in our “EPA” mandated gasoline started at the beginning of this decade.  If you did school science projects you’ll understand this, the methodology is the same, just on a larger scale.  The following is an excerpt I wrote in April of 2005 regarding the bio-toxins tested in the fuel.  You’ve been paying for every aspect to poison yourself.  I’ve shaded it so you can skip the rest once you understand. I apologize that some of it may be redundant:

1)    Research and Development Money for Toxins (paid for by the National Institutes of Health and pharmaceutical companies as grants for drug research to Washington University School of Medicine and others with your federal tax money). The development of biochemical/biological weapons are the same exact process as drug research, using the same kind of gas chromatography, spectrometers, computer programs and biomedical protocols. 

2)    Dependent Variable (primarily middle and lower income citizens of St. Louis City and County) I doubt if you know this, but our elected officials have the authority to allow you and your families as guinea pigs in community health studies under the authority of the Office of Research Integrity of the United States – without our knowledge. Who do you think authorizes the community “health” studies that you read about in the Post Dispatch?

3)    Independent Variable (EPA federally mandated reformulated fuels) You have been paying for the modified toxins in these fuels at the gas pumps since late 2000 to poison yourself.  Remember when the Post Dispatch told you the increased profits were going to the refineries? Now you know what for.

4)    Measuring System (EPA Missouri Gateway Clean Air Program) The program monitors toxic concentration and shifts; and develops “math models” for atmospheric dispersion from the data.  When the math models are complete, the Clean Air Program will no longer be needed; only periodic random validation by the Rapid Screen Vans. 

5)    Data Collection (allowed by HIPPA and changes in state law through the Missouri Cancer Registry and disease control) The State of Missouri has a database (accessible on the internet) for all diseases for all Missouri counties by year.  Where do you think they get the data?

6)    Result Analysis (biostatisticians studies funded by grants from the National Institutes of Health and pharmaceutical companies) Biostatisticians from Washington University and the University of Missouri compare the toxin data from the Clean Air Program to the related illnesses of those that work and/or live in the specific area. The increase in illness is compared to an established “baseline” taken in the late 1990s.

7)    Accelerated Experiments (small, tightly controlled experiments in factories, offices, and call centers run a year or two ahead of the main release to ensure a “cluster” isn’t going to be formed by the release of the toxins on a large population scale.)  A “cluster” is when a group of people in a small geographical area contract the same disease and a reason (assignable cause) must be found.  Most of these torts are funded by excess margins in direct and indirect government contracts, i.e. Department of Health and Human Services, Department of Defense, Department of Energy, etc. with the data accrued and analyzed by the same medical entities as the population experiment.

Note:  The only difference between a “study” and an “experiment” is the modification of the independent variable. While this may seem complex to you, it’s no more than a “school science fair project” to a group of medical research professors, biomedical scientists, biochemical engineers and biostatisticians.  The existence of these experiments isn’t a theory, this is a fact I’ve discussed with some of the highest officials in the United States. It is the same thing as the particulate (soot) study done by Washington University for two years. The exception is you have been conned into paying for the monitoring system and the hydrocarbons that are being toxically manipulated. That’s why the study (experiment) has gone on for almost a decade.  For those of you still skeptical, allow me to break each item down in a bit more detail.

Research and Development Money for Toxins - In the 2005 State of the Union Address a year ago, President Bush thanked Congress and the Senate for doubling the research budget to the National Institutes of Health for drug research.  Why would the US government subsidize the pharmaceutical industry that charges US citizens 300 percent more for their prescription drugs, claiming the markup is to fund drug research?  The mass media never even questioned it.  I knew the billions would be misappropriated for bio-weapons development, but it disturbed me the President would flaunt his deceit in front of the whole nation.  It was bad enough that while he was campaigning to protect you from terrorist bio-weapons on television, he was actually slowly poisoning those in urban cities while they were watching him on TV.  As I understand it, the President is not only heavily invested in oil, but I’ve read the President is a major stockholder in pharmaceutical companies as well, especially Bayer.

Dependent Variable (primarily middle and lower income citizens of St. Louis City and County)  The toxins remain at ground level to about fifteen feet above the ground, slowly poisoning mostly the working class who live and/or work in the city and county at ground level and in valleys. The haze you see over the ground when looking out a tall building downtown is full of these new modified hydrocarbons. The lawyers, politicians, and doctors who know this is going on usually work in those large buildings above ground level with filtered air. Working people one by one develop chronic illnesses over the years and spend their money on doctors and drugs.  If you get too sick, you lose your job and health insurance. You then have a choice between buying expensive private health insurance (with co-pays and prescriptions); or taking your chances without insurance and having the doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies extort you, as they will charge you up to 400 percent more than they charge the insurance company because you don’t have insurance.  That’s legalized murder and extortion.  It’s blood money.

The ability to process toxins decreases as you get older, so the older you are, the more at risk you are. They poison retirees, and then take their life’s savings to treat it. Percentages of all economic classes get poisoned, but the rich are cured, middle class people are treated until the money runs out, and the poor eventually die prematurely. It’s economic genocide. 

Independent Variable (EPA federally mandated reformulated fuels) - Around the beginning of 2001, the modified toxins were starting to be tested in EPA mandatory reformulated fuels, being federally required for all cities above the population of two hundred thousand.  If you remember the fuel price increases with no reason back in late 2000, now you know the reason.  It’s pretty simple really; the oil companies have been chemically modifying the hydrocarbons in the gasoline and diesel (EPA mandated reformulated fuels) for increased human toxicity and concentration (DNA binding capacity, human absorption, compound weight, and burning efficiency) for specific genetic targets.  It’s nothing more than creating a mild targeted toxic drug in gaseous form.  If you increase the toxicity of the hydrocarbons by 600%, you can cut the amount of hydrocarbons in half, claiming the air is 50% cleaner.  What they forgot to mention was that the half that’s left still makes the fuel 300% more humanly toxic than before the change. 

That’s exactly what they have been doing. Did you know that the ethanol added to the gasoline for decades increases the human absorption of benzene, a very deadly cancer causing chemical also in the fuel? Please don’t confuse this as a tradeoff between energy costs and toxicity, these modified hydrocarbon compounds are strictly with the intent to cause chronic illness and possible death to a controlled percentage of the population, and keep pumping middle class money to the professional classes through the healthcare industry.

Measuring System (EPA Missouri Gateway Clean Air Program) The Missouri Gateway Clean Air Program was started in the mid 1990s.  The first few years were used to get the equipment in use and the calibration straightened out.  The Emissions Stations place hoses over the end of your exhaust pipe, measuring unburned hydrocarbons at subdivision, boulevard, and highway speeds.  This data allowed them to accurately calculate the average hydrocarbon emissions release by engine type and driving speed, and determine precise burning efficiencies of the new toxic hydrocarbons. Then came the Rapid Screen Vans along the roads that every one with a normal sized brain knows can’t possibly do what they’re advertised to do.  You can’t take precision hydrocarbon readings from a car driving by fifteen feet away in open air. It’s just not scientifically possible to determine an accurate percentage without a controlled volume of air and the known RPM of the engine. I don’t care what kind of high tech “hocus pocus” they try to get you to believe.  What the vans actually do is photograph license plates, and measure atmospheric conditions and the average toxins in the air about every five to ten seconds. 

The data is continually sent to a central station in real time, where license plates are cross referenced to engine type, and the proper released average emission amounts for that engine are automatically added together.  The volume of traffic and the toxins released are compared to the average amount of actual toxins in the air as the day progresses.  Factors such as temperature, dew point, humidity, and wind speed are also taken into consideration.  “Math models” are established for determining the amount of toxins in the air in relation to the volume of traffic and atmospheric conditions.  At least two of four Rapid Screen Vans are usually in close proximity of each other, and toxic concentration shifts are measured between major valleys in the city and county as well. 

In the few years prior to the year 2001, these measurements were used to establish a toxic level “baseline” for health effects.  The “baseline” is the percentage of health effects caused by old standard gasoline and diesel.  Toxic concentration amounts were determined by area, and then compared with the number of those with related illnesses that lived and/or worked in that area. I was let in one of the Rapid Screen Vans about six years ago when it was next to my house.  I was curious what the Van actually did, because it couldn’t possibly do what Missouri politicians said it did.  The Van operator didn’t even have a clue what the equipment was for.  He just set it up, turned it on, and made sure the data transmission link was established with the central station. He was asking me what the instruments were for.  If anything quit working, he was supposed to call somebody.   I realized what the van was actually measuring, but at the time didn’t understand why because I didn’t understand the intent for the data.

Data Collection (allowed by HIPPA and changes in state law through the Missouri Cancer Registry and disease control) - Around the end of 2000, you were required to sign HIPPA forms by doctors and hospitals to protect your privacy. If you go read your HIPPA forms, you’ll notice it says your records may be released “as required by law”.  At the same time you were signing, State laws were being passed such as 19 CSR 70-21.010 (effective 30 December 2000) requiring all doctors “by law” to report all cancers and other illnesses to the State for studies.  In effect, you were giving your doctor legal permission to submit your family’s records for these human studies and experiments, not protecting your privacy. The doctors tell the State what caused your illness for experimental purposes as required by law, but they won’t tell you or document what caused your illness so you can file a lawsuit. It’s not legally required and would allow you to sue the insurance company for the party legally responsible.  HIPPA also allowed your doctor to let your health insurance company and your employer track your health for accelerated experiments. Your doctors knew exactly what it was for, but told you it was to protect your privacy. Yeah, they got you there.

Result Analysis (biostatisticians studies funded by grants from the National Institutes of Health and pharmaceutical companies) - The experiments have continued ever since the baseline study ending in 2000, thus escalating a controlled rise in illness and the ever increasing cost of medical.  With each cycle of studies more knowledge is gained, not only in chronically poisonous genetic bio-weapons development, but in atmospheric dispersion math models as well. Atmospheric dispersion math models are formulas to predict how the toxins dilute and concentrate as they flow through the city and county. Again, these are measured and calculated by data from the Rapid Screen Vans. 

At the end of each study cycle, Washington University research professors use the biostatistician study data to make the biochemical toxins more effective and cheaper, and the biochemists and biochemical engineers at the oil companies reformulate the fuels at the refineries for the next cycle of tests. Most people involved don’t even know what’s going on; they just do their jobs which appear legitimate. Bush would lead you to believe these “next generation” bio-weapons requiring expensive gas chromatography, spectrometers and mass clinical trials are being developed by a couple of Moslem terrorists with towels on their head in some little cave.  I truly pray most Americans are not that intellectually challenged, but our government already proved that you are several times.

I also noticed on the internet EPA website they now have “projected toxin levels” for those cities with EPA Clean Air Programs.  Where do you think they get this data and how did they develop these math models? That’s right - you paid for it, some of you with your health and loved ones as well as your money.  What is really amazing is that if a foreign terrorist wanted to do an acute toxic release, explosive or silent, the data on this website would tell him exactly where to release the toxins to get the maximum effect.  You don’t have to fear foreign terrorists releasing toxins, our present domestic US politicians and corporations have been doing it for the last six years with your personal money and tax money.

Accelerated Experiments (small, tightly controlled experiments in factories, offices, and call centers run a year or two ahead of the main release to ensure a “cluster” isn’t going to be formed by the release of the toxins on a large population scale.)  While the population toxic baseline was taking place, many accelerated experiments were well under way in customer service office buildings, call centers, and small factories.  Odorless bio-toxins were being released at controlled levels. All it takes is a compressed tank full of toxins with a release valve anywhere in the HVAC system and a monitor/sensor to control the concentration. You can do a room, two rooms, the building, etc. The employees involved are coded in their medical databases and their primary physicians and insurance companies made aware.  Employees are not properly diagnosed, or misdiagnosed, until such time as it is apparent outward symptoms will become obvious as determined by their doctors.  At that time, the company owners or managers are notified and find a reason to layoff, transfer, terminate, or harass the soon-to-be-ill employee into quitting. Removing the employee from the area before outward symptoms appear reduces suspicion by not letting a “cluster” form. The medical insurance company managers are well aware this is taking place and help coordinate and assist by denying required diagnostic tests.  HIPPA made this coordination all legal. These experiments are still taking place around town. Lawyers tell me the corporations get paid quite well for using their employees as guinea pigs and are waiting in line for the chance.  Where do you think St. Louis Washington University and other research hospitals get their patients for these specialized studies in a town as small as St. Louis? The government pays companies to make them.

What’s the purpose of all this?  It’s simple politics, macroeconomics, and science.  In this country, we pay for our own individual healthcare.  Even if you have free company health insurance, you’re still drawing a lesser wage or salary as a result.  When you get sick, your money goes into the medical and pharmaceutical industries. The turmoil created by many sicknesses result in increased divorce, probate, accidents, criminal actions, civil disputes, workman’s compensation, tort and product liability, etc. and the lawyers get rich. The easiest way to transfer money from the medical community to the legal community is through drug product liability. Isn’t it amazing how these drugs are studied in FDA trials for five to ten years and proved to be safe, but are obviously killing people a year after they’re on the market, like Vioxx? The lawyers get most of the money from these class action suits. The media is dependent upon advertising revenue, in which a very large portion is energy, pharmaceutical, legal, medical, insurance and government advertising, and censures the truth to ensure their revenue. The energy companies are charging you for the toxins with a markup, so they make money by poisoning you.  The cost of medical rises with the demand and amount of medical infrastructure, so the Workman’s Compensation and medical health insurance companies keep justifying raising their prices and premiums, putting many small businesses out of business.  It works out pretty well for corporations, lawyers, doctors and government officials, but the working people that generate the wealth of this country have their quality of life lessened, die prematurely, and it kills infants and deforms babies.

Can I prove they are adding toxicity to the fuel?  No, and neither can you.  The only people who can prove it in a court of law are the research doctors, biomedical scientists and chemical engineers involved.  You need gas chromatography, spectrometers, biomedical protocols, and experts to interpret the data. This is cutting edge biomedical genetic science, and still evolving. The biostatisticians and actuaries could provide the data to show the unexplained rise in illnesses, but it would still take a doctor’s testimony to “legally” link the cause.  Since those involved are guilty of a capital crime punishable by death, I don’t think any of them are coming forward anytime soon.  On top of that, no lawyer is going to give up their career to try and prove what the government won’t let them.  They would also be stopping the very program that brings them business. 

Additionally, the modified toxic fuels can be exhausted out of the supply system relatively quickly, much quicker than it takes a politician, the EPA, or FBI to get off their butts and investigate.  Besides, it couldn’t exist without their cooperation.  Even if the modified toxins were taken out, they could be put right back in.  Bush has illegally opened the bio-weapon’s Pandora’s Box, and these genetic bio-weapons will exist for the future of mankind.  No one in the world will ever be truly safe again.

Realize all of our state and federal politicians know this is going on. That is why, with very few exceptions, I feel they all should be removed.  Realize the law changes over the last seven years in Workman’s Compensation, state Medicaid, tort reform, Medicare and social safety nets reducing your access and benefits were all, in part, to reduce liability from the medical illnesses caused by this illegal testing.  Understand that while Bush was campaigning for reelection to protect you from foreign bio-terrorism and promoting “Homeland Security”, this has been going on.  When Bush and Rumsfeld would lean over their podiums and give that little chuckle, were they laughing with you - are at you? With the exception of the ”War on Terror”,  most Americans have no idea what immoral acts these people have done to steal billions from the working class –and the use of domestic terrorism to maintain the secrecy to the general public.   

Also, the “atmospheric dispersion” math model testing was not originally admitted on the Missouri Gateway Clean Air Program website.  In fact, the media reported “real time” data was NOT being correlated from the Rapid Screen Vans.  After distributing large papers explaining their program to all the politicians and perpetrators involved, the Gateway website now admits they have performed such studies. There was a reason for denial.  Atmospheric dispersion data is a variable both for deploying chronic and acute bio-weapons.  It is an offensive variable, not a defensive one.  If a bomb dispersing acute bio-weapons were to be set off by our government or a foreign power, the entire region would simply be evacuated, not wait around for measurements and calculations.  These “atmospheric dispersion” math models are a prelude to commit a bio-attack, not defend against one.  So why is the US government spending millions of additional research dollars to establish such precision dispersion math models all around the country?  It’s not for defensive purposes.

Also realize that as the existence of these bio-weapons for assassination become increasingly known through our secondary education system to our upcoming professionals that will control our health, environment, security, privacy, economy and freedoms – there will be no individual “freedom of speech”.  You will be free to speak, but not through the media; and they will be free to poison you without proof.  Government officials don’t make direct threats, just indirect ones through second parties.  Then they act on those threats with no further discussion.  I know the system all too well from personal experience. 

You do realize I’ve just accused the Clinton and Bush Administrations, and our Missouri politicians of committing a bio-terrorism attack against the citizens of the United States.  Why? It’s because it’s true.  None have denied it, and some have even admitted it.  Why do you think they passed the law if they didn’t plan on using it? I knew the US government was intentionally introducing bio-toxins through our industries and using our medical community to lie to us and collect data back in 2003, when I witnessed murder and organ loss in the factory experiment. I didn’t know they passed the above illegal law to try and make it appear legal until early 2007.  I started trying to file charges in mid-2003 and haven’t stopped. A civil tort disclosing the criminal details was filed years ago with the Department of Justice (DOJ) through Alberto Gonzales. It was then appropriately distributed to the offending government departments as prescribed by law.  To this day the DOJ has refused to openly discuss or investigate it in violation of the law.  The statute to discuss and resolve it is six months, yet it hasn’t even been assigned to a lawyer within the DOJ, only a paralegal at this point. The plan is for law enforcement to do nothing and obstruct justice until the present “statute of limitations” expires.  If elected Governor, I will use that authority to stop bio-weapons development in our state.  After reading the details in healthcare, I hope you understand that our politicians that committed these crimes need to be removed immediately and prosecuted. 

Detection of Next-Generation Bio-Weapons

How do you detect these Bio-Weapons?  You and I can’t.  Of course those responsible for the development of the deadliest weapons man can devise want to be able to protect themselves from these weapons being used on them.  About four years ago, I saw a program showing live organ tissue detectors in development, which sensed any change in metabolic efficiency using tissue samples in a solution hooked up to sensors.  They were to be used in federal office buildings.  I don’t know how this technology has evolved since, nor do I care.  I want the use of these weapons prohibited and quarantined in the same respect and fashion as military bio-weapons.  Whether they intentionally kill you in ten minutes, or ten years while they extort your money through the health system; it’s still a crime.

Future Generations of Bio-Weapons

I’m not sure why the government calls these “next-generation bio-weapons”, because they are already here and have been in use for some time. You seldom hear the mass media discuss the deadliest weapons known to mankind anymore.  If they did, you might just start asking questions and realize you’ve been one of the guinea pigs during development.  The future generation of bio-weapons will be through pre-placement of genetic defects at birth for later in life. They will also prevent conception for a given percentage of the population, possibly reversible or not – whatever they choose to develop. The bio-weapons will create latent genetic defects through changes in sperm, eggs, during conception and through fetal development. Victims can easily be exposed through low cost foods; certain brands of prenatal vitamins; radiation, pathogens and toxins in workplace torts; etc.  The possibilities are limitless.  This isn’t “Star Trek”, this is the present level of bio-science since the unraveling of the human genome code and the ability to “shut-off” genes was established in 1998. 

The bio-weapons presently used right now will eventually become public knowledge and the public will demand it be stopped. I’m not a bio-scientist, but I’m sure many of these bio-weapons leave specific markers, just like AML Leukemia has specific blood markers if caused by benzene compounds.  Again, how can doctors determine only 5% of breast cancer is strictly genetic and other toxins responsible for other percentages?  They can determine the “cause” by a number of factors, but your health insurance company isn’t going to pay for it so you can sue their sister insurance company insuring the corporation responsible for distributing the toxins.  Doctors don’t establish a cause, skew the truth, or just lie.  They have to protect their malpractice insurance to keep their license and livelihood, and it is almost impossible to economically sue in Missouri due to “tort reform” (see Legislative Changes), another lie by George Bush and Matt Blunt.   Eventually causes will be forced to be determined by doctors and real statistical data will be compiled. It is now, just not available to the general public. It is available to research professionals to refine the toxins and corporate actuaries to establish their prices.  

US corporations and government will still want the bulk of liability to labor to end as soon as possible when an individual’s cost exceeds their productivity.  Environmental concerns will have to eventually be cleaned up or it will affect the lifestyle of the elite (see Problems / Causes).  By placing latent genetic defects in a portion of the population through genetic manipulation by bio-weapons; the environment stays clean, the population stays down, the liability of pensions and Social Security are reduced, and a large percentage of the life savings of the working class at all levels is still siphoned off through our medical system.  It works out great for the rich who aren’t being intentionally poisoned.

As an example, the same or more cases of breast cancer will still develop between women 30 to 60 years old, but instead of 5% of these cases being strictly genetic, that percentage will rise to 80% being genetic, to counter the decrease in illness caused and triggered by toxins.  As bio-weapons are taken out of use and true environmental laws are enforced, bio-weapons creating latent genetic defects will be used more aggressively.  Even if the genetic markers are detected at birth, AND legally proved to be caused by an outside source (which they won’t), there is no guarantee that the genetic defect will manifest itself into an illness.  Legally there are no grounds for an American lawsuit.  No harm - no foul, another perfect “Crime against Humanity”. 

As the genetic markers from the “created” various genetic induced illnesses become prominent forty years from now, they become the standard and blamed on natural mutation. Even if proven the genetic defects were artificially induced, the actual crime will have occurred forty years ago and be exempt by the “statute of limitations” regarding assault.  The illusion has once again become reality.  Making the genes “dominant” also ensures future generations from the same bloodline will be inflicted also.  The government and medical industry will deny such technology exists, and you can’t prove it because you’ll be dead by the time your grandchildren develop the illnesses.  The genetic defects will be blamed on Mother Nature and God. 

 So what phony program would the government feed the public to finance this unholy, immoral, illegal and unethical research?  Again, you need billions of dollars for development; millions of sperm samples and eggs to cross reference genetic reactions to toxic stimuli; experiments of embryos at, and after, the conception stage; and genetic samples through fetal development. 

1)      Sperm samples are plentiful through sperm banks, sperm potency testing and paternity testing

2)      You need a reason to extract the millions of genetic samples for eggs

3)      You need public support in a predominantly Christian society to experiment on embryos

4)      Fetal developmental genetic testing can be done through Amniocentesis    

5)      You need a reason for billions in public research funding

Do you know of a program requesting millions of female eggs, permission to experiment on human embryos and billions of dollars in public funding?  Welcome to Embryonic Stem Cell Research (ESCR), the program that can’t promise any cures, but provides unlimited potential for genetic manipulation to inflict latent genetic defects on future generations.  These are the most immoral, heinous and deceptive weapons that can be devised by man.  They now may not need as many eggs.  It was reported through the media that doctors in Kyoto have synthesized adult cells to mimic embryonic stem cells.  Maybe this will keep our government from removing the eggs of the freshly female deceased.

Part of the ESCR research program will be awarded to BJC/Washington University Medical School and their “Center for Advanced Medicine” in St. Louis, the same people which participated in the unraveling in the genome code and responsible for the present illegal bio-weapons development.  If appropriately named, the building sign would read “Center for Advanced Genetic Bio-Weapons.  Missouri already took the first step in passing legislation to stop any legislation further preventing ESCR. It passed because you were lied to again, just like the Missouri Clean Air Program, tort reform, and a hundred other programs based on false objectives.    

Stopping Next-Generation and Future Bio-Weapons

You’re probably asking yourself: “who does this guy think he is to take on the federal government and entire corporate infrastructure and accuse them of such a heinous crime”?  I’ll answer that.  I’m an American that still believes in International Law, our Constitutional laws, human law and moral values; unlike our present government and our legal, medical and insurance industries.  My definition of “capitalism” and “exploitation” doesn’t include healthcare extortion, mass murder, and exportation of technology for economic genocide.  It’s a “Crime against Humanity” for a reason – a moral consensus of the intelligent and honest.  Unfortunately, the self-interests and greed of government and corporate infrastructure promotes sociopaths, not the honest and intelligent.  I couldn’t even design a better example of this than the Bush Administration.  I’m not being vindictive due to the terrorism inflicted upon me by this Administration; just honest. Doctors, Attorneys, law enforcement, politicians, and government bureaucrats have told me the US bio-weapons program can’t be stopped because it’s too big, with trillions of dollars involved. If you choose not to believe what you have just read, then do nothing and call no one. Just breathe deep, eat your FDA approved foods, take your FDA prescription drugs loaded with toxins and be sure to drink plenty of tap water.  I’ll see you at your funeral; unless the US government is successful in their next murder attempt on me first or starves me to death.

While I remain committed to bringing justice to those making a world-wide mockery of our healthcare system and those involved in conducting and hiding this illegal bio-weapons testing on fellow Missourians and other US citizens, my actual main goal in addition to shutting this research down and quarantining these bio-weapons is to put a team together to find ethical solutions to unethical problems such as overpopulation (see Problems / Causes), illegal immigration, and assist in the inevitable Social Security deficit (see Economy) as a state and a Nation.  Our country can’t live in lies forever, and our present politicians have given up and “sold out”, grabbing what they can on the way out the door as the American lifestyle as a whole continually declines. The longer and deeper are youth are socialized to accept corruption, the deeper the trend will continue. Studies state 90% of our college youth feel they have to lie, cheat and steal to be successful.  It’s not exactly a sterling mark on the resume for a country pretending to be the moral center of the world.  Understand that I do believe in population control, for it is a mathematical necessity given a limited number of resources.  I just don’t believe toxic roulette to take from the working class and give to the rich is the answer, no matter how deceptive and manipulative the process.

I have been accused of being a Utopian more than once in my life.  Our world will never be perfect, but whether you believe in God, Christ, Allah, Buddha or no superior entity whatsoever, you have to agree that the human species was given a gift.  We were bestowed the intelligence to collectively manipulate our world and environment, and “with great knowledge comes great responsibility”.  I merely suggest we use humanity’s gift wisely.  In a technological age where entire cities can be poisoned and deceived, I suggest we start exercising that intelligence through our leadership.  If we do not, we have failed not only our personal God, but ourselves as a species.
